picked up 2 pizzas the Margherita had no space or cheese and was literally a huge piece of overcooked hard dough you could barely bite into or chew. I called and the manager did give me a full refund for my order as well as said she'd send a gift card. I appreciate the quick resolution and hope next time the food is as good as I remember it being!
I love our bartender Girbaud and loved the pizza, great atmosphere! love this place.
My friends and our children went for a visit last night. There was a real blip with my appetizer, it never came out. It took some time for our meal to come out. We got the adults pizzas and ended up waiting an additinal 25 minutes for the two kids to get their plane noodles.The reason I still gave this a four was that our experience was otherwise great. The food was delicious. The sangria was wonderful and I would have liked to have more but had to drive so only was able to enjoy one glass. Our waiter was very kind, and the manager was not just kind but doing her best with what seemed like it may have been s short staff situation on the kitchen.We would still go back and enjoy this place again. Hopefully, with less of a wait. ?
Great staff, pizza was delicious, as were the mussels. The drinks were tall. Everything on point.
You can tell how the worker shortage has affected many areas of our economy and for sure the restaurant and food industry has been really impacted. Been at this restaurant a dozen times over the years. For the most part, well-staffed, with good pizza, and a place you want to frequent again. My wife and I arrived tonight and sat at the bar with about 15-20 people, one(1) bartender, and a manager roaming an empty dining area. The bartender was very nice, very talkative, too much talk for about 10 people sitting and waiting for a menu and a drink. When we finally received menus, then drinks to follow, it took a considerable amount of time. My wifes salad arrived and there were NO utensils to be found. My wife turned around at the empty seats in the dining area that had forks, knives, and spoons at every seat, asked the manager to grab two forks while we waited for our silverware and she said NO. Those are for the dining area- WTF. We wait for a fork, 20 empty tables with forks and we're told to wait? Give me a friggin break. Pizza finally arrived, with utensils, pizza was good but 20 + minutes to get my bill and out the door. I am done with this place. It had its day, plenty of places to go for good pizza. Sad state of affairs in the restaurant business. BTW, the overall management of this place is terrible. Obviously, no one is trained and NO one has experience at anything. SAD.
Fantastic pizzas! Love happy hour here, Great deals! If you like to try different kinds of pizza, this is a great place to go.
1st time here and it was GREAT. The pizza with the veggies is a specialty pizza and I added some toppings to it. The other is the Granny Evo and it was delicious. Sweet and savory in every bite.The cannoli was good too, never ate one before, but I'm happy I decided to try.
Very meh experience today. Server Courtney seemed cold & snappy… as if she would rather be somewhere else which killed the mood. She seemed overwhelmed although it’s looked as if the room was half full. Perhaps she was under supported? Three other team members were distracted with a Toast POS sales rep pitch for over an hour.Would have been nice if someone supported her or checked in on our meal. We would have purchased more food or planned to return again.Food: Pizza was dry. Cheese plate was a huge disappointment at 16 dollars (pic attached). Salad and cheese plate had tiny plastic disposable 2oz portion cups for toppings /anchovies/ dressings which felt very cheap for the actual price of the meal.
We walked in, sat at the bar, ordered our drinks from the friendly bartender, and ordered our pizza and enjoyed . The atmosphere is old world charm, as they did a great job with the building, service was friendly and quick, and the Pizza is Absolutely Amazing !!! Can’t wait to go back and try more menu items .
Awesome wood fired pizza. We ordered a traditional cheese pizza and a caprese salad; both were excellent. Even my father was impressed, and he is very particular about what he considers good pizza. I look forward to future visits to try some of there more adventurous pizzas. The staff was quick, friendly, and accommodating.
