They left a sandwich off my order and I had to go all the way back to pick it up and they didn’t even apologize or offer some kind of “reimbursement” or anything for the inconvenience.
I've had really good, really bad and some just some mediocre times but it's a pretty reliable Wendy's and overall pretty solid fast food joint.
Alright decent service kinda ghetto tho I asked for no tomato still got tomato, but like this was a big tomato I feel like someone did it on purpose.
just ordered 3 classic crispy sandwiches and got value ones, because they made my order grilled, and then changed my order after the initial mess up.... bs
One of the better Wendy's I've been too. The food was hot, and the service was great :)
They're pretty quick there and they get my meal correct I don't have to go in and tell him they made a mistake
Very busy in the drive thru,so I opted to go in and order. It took about five minutes. I got exactly what I ordered and the staff was very nice.
The line was a little backed up and we had to wait for an extended amount of time but food was great as always snd I would prefer the Dover location over the Rochester one.
Had takeout. Food was hot and fresh. Fries were very hot and crispy. Will go again for sure.
