I am going to be honest. The experience I had here with the food was not good. I would not recommend going here to eat. The sub I ordered was one of the worst I have ever had. The tableI was at was sticky, and all the lights in the place were off. I am all for supporting small and local businesses and want them to succeed, but with that said, I sincerely want to say that if this place wants to keep customers and get business, they need to put a lot more effort in to the quality of food. The sub was awful.
Horrible food! Ordered from there last night and everything was nasty!!! Chicken didn’t taste like chicken. Pizza was dry. Even smelt nasty!!!!
A lot of menu items, they don’t make. Because instead of making their own menu, they use the same ones as another location. Food was disappointing, and not only were the ribs expensive (which is typical) they were very small, and had more bone than meat. Only will order as a last resort

The last two times I've ordered through Suppa's did not go well. The first time, they forgot an entire sub. Thankfully, Doordash credited me for the missing sub. Then tonight, I ordered through Doordash, it took them 30 minutes to confirm the order, then my dasher waited there for 10-20 minutes, only to call me and say they have to cancel the order because they didn't have the food that I ordered. It's unacceptable to have to wait an hour to be told they're out of the food you ordered. Two other times we've ordered mozzarella sticks, there was no cheese in the sticks.
Reviewing as a DoorDash driver. Suppa's is a pretty popular place in Dover for takeout, so I'm guessing the food is pretty good! I get delivery requests from Dover, Rochester, South berwick, you name it. The folks who work there are generally very nice despite the fact that they are usually quite overwhelmed with orders. Occasionally running a little late with orders, but not to the point where it's ever impacted any of my customers.
Can't beat their hot subs. Got to love that razorback.
The food is fabulous, but the staff is EPIC! =^.^= Gentleman working tonight was very helpful, very polite. Super cute. 11/10
