Never thought I'd write a review about a Subway. Did online ordering at noon for pick-up at 12:45pm. Arrived to the store at 12:50pm, order was not on the order pick-up station. One person working with a 10 person line. Waited for 5 minutes then asked the woman politely if my 12:45 order was ready. She looks down at the slip and says no and rudely says she's going to serve all the people in line first. Don't go to this Subway it's horrendous.
Terrible service stood in line for almost a half hour with only four people, with no experience employee to do there job.Worst subway I’ve ever been. Didn’t even get to order food because person making subs took 1/2 to make only 4 sandwiches.Watch employee wipe her face/nose with the gloves that she was making the sandwiches with and then continued making sandwiches without changing gloves.Walk out of store Disgusted.

The past three times I visited the Subway in Dover on Central Ave have terrible experiences. Twice I was greeted by rude employees who seemed to have little interest in being there, and the most recent I was not greeted by anyone since they were closed during business hours (1230 to be exact) with no indication as to why. I will not be returning.
This place was disgusting. Went in around 548 pm and the level of gross was despicable. There where thousands of fruit flies on and around the food they were preparing and it looked as if a child had smeared mud all across the glass separating me and the food. I have never seen a more unsanitary food establishment in my life.
Not sure I've ever been to this subway and they have had any bread because no-one made it the day before. They're always out of some major ingredient. Went in once and they had no bread or bacon.. had to get a flatbread. I'm being a Karen.... but I just want a decent sandwich !!
When in today to get sandwiches the boy behind the counter was so Professional and personable. I feel like all we hear these days is complained so I felt like I should jump on here and let you guys know hes doing a fabulous job
Got there at 9:45pm today 7/28/21 and the door was locked, they had a group of guys and girls in there chilling. Super irritated about this, the sign said closes at 10pm, but instead they were having their own party/get together. They should be fired.
They had no napkins, weed filled flower bed. Trash on the ground outside, fire extinguisher hidden by their advertising sign. Even weeds poking up out of the rain gutters. I have never seen a Subway in this condition.
