What a nightmare! Decided to try it for Easter Brunch. Took a little over an hour just for our drink order then came back like 20 minutes later for a food orders. After 2 hours, went to hostess stand where the hostess and a person who appeared to be the manager, ignored us at first then finally came over and we asked for dinner rolls. 3 hours later and still waiting for our meal and about to walk out! Manager and staff were not pleasant and unapologetic, will never come back. Understand it’s a holiday and busy but this service was ridiculous met by an apologetic staff. Think we only have seen the waitress 3 times in 3 hours and largely because we had to hunt her down. Finally gave up and walked out! Never will we be back!

Awful experience at what was once a family favorite location. With a reservation for a large party placed weeks in advance, we still waited nearly an hour after being sat before our server took our food order. Another hour passed before refills of drinks and rolls were served. On multiple occasions when we approached the front desk for assistance the host(s) and managers simply walked away and ignored us. The food never arrived. After 2.5 hours we informed the staff we were leaving. Numerous parties walked out in addition to ours. And with any staff issues or kitchen chaos aside, the fact that the server never communicated with us on the situation made the entire experience horrendous. Quality of service and communication was absolutely horrible.

Toni is a good waitress and kept my coffee full. She apologized because she was alone. Food was great and enjoyed their fresh whoopie pies.

Service was good at the beginning. Then went down hill. Waiter had a hard time getting our orders right. First writing stuff down. Then came back with pad. Reasked our orders. 2 of us got our meals. Our friend's meal was not get put in. Had to wait. No discount for her. Just sorry. I won't be going back. Had better food, too.

Food was mediocre, taken out of a box; couldn't finish due to poor quality. Service was poor, but not like they were that busy, more like the servers could care less. Process were reasonable.

This place was one that I had driven by many times long ago though I never saw it. The atmosphere was good with comfortable seating. My order was a Sandwich and I asked for avocado on it; none was available though they had guacamole which was just as good!!The bread tasted fresh and the coleslaw was O.K. Thanks for working during Covid!!!

Recently discovered this place and been a couple times for dinner. Food and service have been wonderful both times! We decided to try their "Family Style" Thanksgiving takeout meal this year. We wanted to relieve the stress of cooking and enjoy our holiday with family visiting. We ordered 1 turkey meal and 1 ham meal for Thanksgiving dinner and picked it up Thursday afternoon. The pickup process was efficient and easy, despite being busy. They brought the food right to our car for us. The food was hot, delicious, and SO easy since I didn't have to cook. It saved so much time and stress and was the center of an amazing day with family! I highly recommend this to anyone looking for the same next year! I look forward to coming back for dinner soon!

Thanksgiving. Had 11am reservations. They seated us early. But took 22min. And asking if there was a waitress. This is while others were seated an already served.. and wait staff walking by several times..The waitress we got was nice but mentioned a couple of times she wasn't assigned to our table. They were out of some of the items on their limited menu. The meal was about a #2 for taste. If I was paying the tab the tip would have been nonexistent.

It was bright and clean. I don't think the cook was experienced however. It wasn't my first choice for breakfast, but I would go back for lunch. Eggs Benedict is probably tough to handle if you're too busy...my eggs were overdone and the hollandaise was blah. I make a better hollandaise. Still, the visit was pleasant.

Went for Thanksgiving dinner. Food was only ok. They had run out of cranberry sauce and apple sauce by 3pm. Also ran out of a few of the dessert options. Some of the staff did not appear to be happy. Did seem to be short handed.
