Who decided that a nightclub-level base speaker blasting during every open moment of business was a good idea? Positioned directly next to customers both ordering and picking up online orders, tilted at them and not in a place conducive to performing satisfactory (audile) business transactions. Who also decided that having a highschool cliquey environment run by angry annoyed incompetent people would be beneficial to our local community? Go insideof the Newington or Lafayette Starbucks in Portsmouth, NH. They will show you how a Starbucks franchise SHOULD be run. I have been having many conversations with corporate lately about the staff, environment, food and drink quality and treatment at the Webb Place location in Dover NH. Changes are coming, hold tight!!! I will not stop until I see the best of changes. Otherwise, I will continue to work with Starbucks Corporate to expose the inefficiencies, poor behaviors and attitudes and lack of accountability for this franchise.
If I could rate this Starbucks on Webb Place in Dover, NH with no stars, I would! Worst place ever!! Val is rude and obnoxious and should work no where near a customer service window! More training and work management is much needed. Do not get your here unless you like waiting all morning for a mistake.
Great coffee per usual. They need more staffing, though. The wait is significantly longer than the Rochester location. Theres a definite need for at least one more person on.
Waited 20 minutes for my drink. The staff was extremely friendly just so busy.
Meet Frappuccino White Chocolate Mocha and Caramel Ribbon Crunch!! Yum, yum!! One happy driver! ?
Literally the worst starbucks I've been too. Most of the girls here are incredibly rude and work painfully slow.I'm a very quiet closed off person, I try my best to never give fast food workers any trouble even if they get my order wrong I don't complain. They have 0 reason to be as disrespectful and visually annoyed with you as they are.
Very friendly, kind staff. Orders correct. Drive thru often busy and has a difficult setup.
This is the least timely Starbucks I’ve been to. This has been an issue since before Covid staffing issues as well - this is a management issue. I waited 40 mins in the drive through. I would have left but there was no escape. Today I waited 30 minutes for a mobile order inside - which I only attempted to pick up after my “scheduled” pick up time. Then I got my drink and it was made incorrectly. The staff is nice, but overloaded and unwilling to stop taking orders to catch up, leading to massive lines and disappointed customers. I’d recommend going to the Starbucks in Target up the street if you really need your fix.
Today definitely was not one of their good days
I know working on starbucks is really hard but this location always manage to mess my order u.u One time we ordered a breakfast sandwich and they gave it to us still frozen ?
