Work force is a revolving door of young, unskilled workers who can be paid as little as possible and replaced as easily as possible. Cost of labor is forwarded onto the customer and the employees wherever possible. Owner pays drivers $4.50/hour to drive their own vehicles with no reimbursement for gas or wear and tear, and charges $2.00 delivery charge. Understandably, customers assume the delivery charge goes to the driver and are less likely to tip as a result. Owner also expects tipped wage employees to fulfill most of the responsibilities of non-tipped employees. This business relies on a steady stream of late teens to early 20 somethings who don't know better to eek out margins.
The Pizza was phenomenal. I haven't been here in years. The only downfall is, the Large Pizza is about the size of a small at other establishments. Still, it was VERY good Pizza and I'll be back. We'll just order two next time.
They always mess up your orderThis is in response to the owners response to my comment. They don't always fix their mistakes!! And if they do it can take hours or you'll only get a credit!! They have also been rude at times arguing that nothing is wrong!!!
Don’t order online. Waited an hour, called them and they said it just came out of the oven and they are waiting for a driver. Called again 40 minutes later and they never even made the order. Blamed it on their printer being out of paper…
Ordered a couple steak subs for dinner with a friend , BIG mistake!! A few hours later we experienced the most painful and disgusting food poisoning imaginable for the next 12 hours. We hadn't shared any meals or seen each other for days.The only common denominator was the steak. Owner Jay,very rude and condescending as he ran his unwashed hands thru a container of meat, his employee, also ungloved and bare handed was preparing a sub for another customer from . BEWARE, they don't seem to care who they are poisoning. Not to mention the deadly pandemic we are all losing our loved ones over.
I used to live right across the street from here and my significant other worked there at the time so I would eat the food there quit often and I can promise you this the one item I always went back for was the steak TIP sub with extra American cheese. Oh mylanta I was in heaven. I just got back into the area and I can't wait to get my sub and the chicken quesadilla (if they still do them)
Food is alright. Customer service is terrible. Placed an order for delivery once, they accepted it, then over an hour later I receive a text that my order has been canceled. Maybe just as a walk in place but overall not recommended.
Enjoyed a large steak bomb & onion rings. Very good. Today, the place is hopping with telephone orders, drivers & in store pickup. Give the menu a try.
Excellent pizza asked for extra sauce, extra cheese, and cooked well done. They nailed it!!! Plus pepperoni mushroom onion.Fast delivery and a great personable employee. Very happy, and the zest of the sauce with the perfect amount of oregano.
A little pricey but food was good. Ordered takeout and employee who rang me up seemed to be soliciting a tip which was pretty awkward and rude
