Wow! Talk about going downhill fast. I've eaten at Papa Gino's for the 50 years they've been in business. Always great pizza, clean restaurants, good service, etc. But my visit to the Dover location on 4/28/22 told a whole different story. The pizza was still good. But, they no longer have any alcohol; tables were not cleared off despite the fact hat there were only 2 eat-in customers there; no water unless you want bottled Aquafina for $2.59 a pop; and no straws; no parm cheese and no crushed red pepper; no salt and no pepper. It was like eating in a ghost restaurant of Papa Gino's of the past. Got an extra large 3 topping pizza which is only a bit larger than a large and a bottle of soda. $29.16. There are better facilities and better prices with equally as good pizza available at many other pizza spots in the area.

Service is terrible since Doordash came in board. 2nd time not getting my order. Will not use Pap Ginos again until they several ties with Doordash
Food is not bad, I did go in to order recently, place has changed a lot, there was only one worker and he looked high off dope I no longer wanted my food I was so grossed out lost my appetite
Too cheap to pay delivery drivers a liveable wage so they just supplement DoorDash for delivery. Thanks for using a driver that smoked cigarettes with my food in their car. We will be charging back this order from the CC company

It’s really good pizza for a chain, I’m originally from right next to New York City so I’m used to really good pizza and this is about as close as I can get in Dover. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to accommodate me. The pizza has literally never been burnt or not good. I would suggest going for extra sauce but that might just be my personal taste. The staff is fantastic and all deserve a raise
