Always amazing food, staff could be better with their customer service though. It took me over 5 minutes to get someone attention to grab my pickup order and there were more employees inside than guests.

Always great meal. Little disappointed outdoor eating area was not cleaned up(have a support dog, we prefer eating outdoors so as to not make other's uncomfortable...some people don't like dogs in restaurants no matter what role they play!).

Burgers are ok, but it shouldn't cost $50 for a family of 4. Burgers get 3 stars, price gets 1.
It's expensive, there's no doubt about that but the small cheese Burger and the small fries for $10 really does fill me up and it tastes great. So all in all it's worth the money.
Reviewing as a DoorDash driver and customer. Five Guys speaks for itself I think. The food is disgustingly delicious, and I have customers who order from 10, 15 mi away to get their five guys fix and if you know anything about DoorDash, they're paying premium prices, and they tip very well. I think that says a lot about the food.As a driver, you can tell that they place a great deal of value on the quality of their food because the moment I step in and let them know that I am there for a delivery, that is the moment that they start making the customer's order so that it is fresh and piping hot when the customer gets it.They are always, always busy however they are always pleasant and take the time to ask me how I'm doing, how my night is going, and tell me to be safe on the roads. It's one of my favorite places when I'm delivering.
