While the sandwiches were good, the order was inaccurate and some of the staff were rude. Others were trying to be helpful, but two of them had negative attitudes and, it was obvious, the cashier did not want to be there after waving me off to go get my own cups and chips after I asked her a question. The order was placed on mobile app. Part of the order should have been in the bag. Mustard packets were in with my sandwich directly on top of my bread and running across my pickle. This is unsanitary behavior. Their overall demeanor made my first visit an unpleasant one and it is unlikely I will go back.
I had never been so was surprised that the $11 medium size was so little with probably about 3 oz. of meat. I was not super hungry so all is good. Next time I try a new place I may ask to see the bread first because while it was the length that is portrayed in the size chart the bun wasn't much bigger than a hot dog roll. It was a tasty little sub so 3 stars
Everyone who works here is so great! The food is fantastic and they even remember my name. I highly recommend and come here almost every lunch break. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and very good at everything they do.
It's a sub. Nothing special. Fairly pricey. Parking is a mess. Slow service, but they get the job done, eventually. Rather support local sub shops, like Roland's or Kendall Pond to keep funds in the community.
My first time ever at a Firehouse subs and I was not disappointed. Very helpful staff. The Cajun special sub I got was delicious. The decorations to make it look like a firehouse is very cool. Very clean store as well. I will definitely be coming back again
Today was the first time I have ever been to a firehouse subs. And I was beyond impressed. I got the Italian, it was perfectly warm, perfectly seasond, perfect amount of vegetables and condiments and the bread was sooo soft and moist. Every bite was just as delicious as the first and the pickle on the side was an added bonus!!! I can't believe I have driven past this place so many times. The Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our food was ready faster than expected and the restaurant was very clean. If you have not tried firehouse subs, you are missing out.
There Italian sub might just be the best sandwich I have ever in my whole life no lie. This place is fantastic deserves five stars no doubt
Got a medium beef brisket for $12 and it was the most pathetic portion of meat I've ever had seen in a sub.My wife laughed out loud. One and done with Firehouse. Go to the Chipotle next door, get your moneys worth.
One and done for us! You’d think a veggie sub would be inexpensive since there’s no meat right? Wrong! My vegetarian sub was significantly more than my husbands turkey sub. Bread was very dry and chewy. Overpriced and quality just wasn’t there. My dog wouldn’t even eat it.
Worst Firehouse Subs I have ever been too. The employee in the red shirt (i’m assuming it’s the manager) cut us off every time we tried to order and was extremely rude to both me and my girlfriend. The two kids behind the front counter making the sandwiches could not stop talking to each other, they should really consider spending more time on putting effort into making the sandwiches… my sandwich was missing multiple ingredients and was cold.
