My usual order is a medium frozen coffee with vanilla and no whipped cream and for some reason there is no taste of vanilla. No matter how many times except for one location this does seem to be an issue. I due not like to complain but there is a problem. I can't call, they don't give me my receipt but will give me an attitude if I ask for a straw, napkin due to spillage of coffee over side of cup or a carrier if more than 2 beverages.
Got two half decaf coffees. It was so burnt it was ridiculous. Hotter than usual from sitting there stale. I asked if she could make two new ones and she starts arguing w me that she just made it. This is the 2nd time. Same girl. She handed it to us immediately, so we know it was old. We just drove away from her to go have the other Dunkins remake it. I’ll stick w the best Dunkins on Central Ave next to Planet Fitness. Best coffee around! Always good and fresh!

It's a nice dunkin. Definitely understaffed but it's still quick. They should definitely hire more people the employees looked stressed.
Easily the best Dunks around. Excellent customer service, friendly and efficient staff who truly do their best. Going out of my way to write this because the franchise owner here should know. You have the BEST dunks around easily within a 50 mile radius. Thank you for good mornings and fresh food and coffee!!
This Dunks drive thru was designed poorly and it’s “No Stacking” sign is placed wrong and to small. Not a great place to go when the drive thru for these reasons.
Dunkin is always delicious. Service was somewhat slow but they were busy so not unexpected.
Stopped going here as the younge lady in drive thru snaps at me. Name tag says Jax. I Do a semi big order for my work crew and it some how up sets her. I watch her body language and its a complet turn off.I've seen how she interacts with The people she works with they look no older then 14 Snapping at them for getting stuff wrong no wonder this place has a high turn over rate. Id quit too if I worked with someone like that.
