Went to get a coffee at 7:30 and they said that their hot coffees are down. He said they are cleaning and close at 8pm. This is a new one on me! Lol. Unbelievable. Nope. Not going there again.
We just got home with our food and just about every single thing was wrong. Unfortunately we didn’t get a receipt to return the food. It’s not that hard to type in what people ask for and give them that. I didn’t pay full price to get food I didn’t even ask for. This is the main reason I never come to this location. Unfortunately my child didn’t know better and chose to go here.
This is by far the slowest DD. Even if I order mobile order online, I am waiting 15-20 min in line for my order. They do not allow mobile order at door. It is extremely frustrating on AM commute. Why are they so slow? Why hasn’t this been fixed over past 6 months!? It never gets better. The quality is standard for DD, once you get your food. Mobile orders for hot food are usually cold due to waiting so long in line. Friendly service.
So thought we ordered through the app. But didn't notice it didn't go through. But the short staffed team took our order anyway thank you so much.
This location is quite new and large for typical NH Dunkin Donuts. Inside it large and well laid out. The staff was friendly but seemed perplexed when I came inside to get my drive thru order. The traffic flow for the drive thru when the traffic is heavy is nightmare. As the business is on a long skinny lot, when the drive thru is busy the traffic stacks up quickly. The day I went to this location it was a snarl as the second drive thru window wasn't in use even though there were 4 employees there. Even with 2 drive thrus there's a choke point in the flow that naturally inhibits throughput when it's busy.
One of if not my favorite Dunkin. Great management and morning crew!!
Tell them large hot coffee with french vanilla shot reg cream 2 sugars. In turn the response was. Is that ice coffee. Then I get the hot coffee with swirl reg sugar and 2 creams. Expect this when you come here.
I placed a large order for a group event - I didn't realize Dunkin' takes advance orders, but called two days ahead to make sure I could get what I needed. Manager Adam was very helpful and friendly, took down my order information, and offered me a standard 10% discount for ordering in advance. When I got to the store to pickup my order, even though the drive-thru line was very long and all staff were very busy hurriedly filling orders, Adam took the time to make sure I received the discount as promised and even offered to help me bring everything back out to my car. This was the most pleasant customer service experience I have had in a while!
Wait time in drive-thru seemed a bit long, car in front had two iced coffee's and a small bag. Ordered two ice coffee's and two doughnuts. Iced pumpkin coffee regular cream, only had one cream. Went into store to fix it. Dropped off coffee's and doughnuts to daughter. She texted me after and said no pumpkin in her coffee. Dunks you have one job. Let's work on that. Read your prep labels.
Got my order wrong 3 times in a row even tho I yelled super loud no dairy. Lack of employee enthusiasm for doing those job right. They guys were standing around while the female on shift was left to make all the coffees.
