I order 4 pizzas today for my sons birthday i was so embarrassed bc everyone was complaining about the pizza it was so greasy you couldn’t even hold it , i am a dietetic and i couldn’t even eat a whole piece it was just dripping with grease .i order here once a week and this never happens . very disappointed and hungry.
If you are looking for good pizza this place is definitely where to go but if you want chicken look elsewhere. The Rochester branch is always on top of their stuff. We ordered 3 orders of hot wings and we got regular chicken with buffalo drizzled on top lightly. The bottoms had no sauce what so ever. To top it all off, an order of wings USUALLY has 8 pieces but unfortunately we got 2 orders with 6 pieces and 1 order with only 5. It was highly disappointing to get all the way home in Berwick to see this.

Frederick makes the best specialty chicken! Omg I don’t know what he does but it’s always AMAZING! And my delivery guy was SUPER amazing too I didn’t get his name but shout out to you guys thank you!
Well I had one bad experience where a person delivered my pizza outside of a public establishment which has food delivered to consistently. They never notified me the food was there and then someone came into the establishment and said hey this pizza was on the ground. About 1hr after I ordered. Now a few weeks later my children want pizza and I order from the to have it delivered to my house which has been delivered to many times before and they call and say they can not deliver to my address. Well looks like the last time I eat food from domino's. 1 bad taste is one thing. 2 is time to move on
Three stars may be a bit much. Use to order twice a month at best. Now Im guesting weather to order at all!. Keeping track , my total ,for the very same thing every time I order , equals something different every time, I keep track. Lately my orders have been wrong. And I'm not very fond of this all of a sudden, you need a credit card if your order is over $40 or you have to pick I up. Little Ceasars failed for less, and I'd rather get from them because they were cheaper and way less hassle and tasted good enough. Best of luck to yall ordering from here. Just to top it off, being an ex assistant manager of a Dominos you don't shut off or ignore the phones because your just a lil busy. I can still bust out a fully loaded pie in under 20 seconds and thanks to Dominos I'll have that experience. Nowadays days that's what you and most food service people do, get a tad busy and panic shutting off phones or ignoring things. We still here and we still hungry, get used to it doing ya job right or remaking it till it's done. And if your a person not willing to do so, just don't be in food service anymore. But time people start taking some pride in their jobs in said area. Stop hiring just any body that needs a job and hire those who wanna work and wanna do the very job they signed up for. Where I work I do my job to a T. I make sure shelves are stalked and food is prepared to satisfy your needs . I take pride in my work and do so everyday . Just clean it up over there..

On more than one occasion now, delivery drivers from this Domino's location have dropped my order off at the wrong location. *No phone call* from the delivery driver. Just dropped my order off at the wrong place and left.

This domino's is great! Fast, friendly and ordering on the app makes it to easy. ?? Foods always perfect and hot! Drivers are on point!!
