Had some great food but my fiancé and I sat at the bar last night and the bar tender ignored us. We sat often with empty glasses while she stood around talking to another couple about children. We wait half an hour for her to come over to us to get our check, and once we gave her our card she took it and swiped it on a waitress back and said “denied, denied, denied”. Not sure what that was all about but it really made us not want to ever come back.
I took my grandson here for dinner before he returned to college. He loves lobster and ordered the lobster mac and cheese. He loved it! The serving was quite large and considering the price of lobster, they didn't skimp on that either. My fried jumbo shrimp was great too. Our server was super! A great night overall.
Great first experience, food and service were great. Nice atmosphere and a diverse menu. Next time we will visit the Strand a few doors down and come back to try out the bar side.
The food was fresh and inexpensive. It is definitely American 1980's but I enjoy that sometimes. We will definitely go again.

We really had very limited options trying to find a restaurant open today (don’t know why everything is closed on Tuesday’s here) and this place was open so we went, they got us seated quickly and gave us one of the most incredible meals we had all ever had in our lives! Can’t wait to be back in the area and come back here again :)
