Food is great. However, you have a lot of folks rubbing their noses and playing with their hair. The gloves dont get changed to often and there's a lot of cross touching of surfaces and objects. The only times they change gloves are when there is no line and waiting for a customer comes in then they put in the gloves. If anything, I feel chipotle should really use some sort of transparent mouth and nose protection as the food containers are open faced and exposed to the food tenders. A lot of young folks work here and I respect their work but often times, the young staff miss some protocols.

Awful service, not allowed to dine in even though it was 2 hours before close, orders totally messed up, and on top of it all, after paying in cash the cashier couldn’t give me the exact change back and shorted me. When confronted about it, they seemed shocked I was questioning them even though I was counting the money right in front of them. NEVER going back

I’ve never encountered such atrocious service in my life. The staff is just hanging out talking to one another, having a laugh. They can see there are customer waiting, and they just keep talking out loud for the entire restaurant to hear gossip about old employees. After finally getting the attention of the server that had his back turned to me, I couldn’t believe I had to ask for more beans and meat. This place is a proper farce. And they have no coins? Ever? This is the 7th time I’ve been to chipotle. And the experience has actually continually gotten worse. The only reason I kept coming back is that it’s the only place open after I finish work. I’d rather eat at a gas station. I’ve never experienced such awful service.

No veggies in my veggie bowl… this has to be the 10th time I’ve been unable, or didn’t receive me sautéed veggies. I don’t know why I’ve bothered to keep trying. This location seems to always be out.

No phone, so no one could bring my order out curbside, since I’m on crutches and have muscular dystrophy. (I’ve called and had folks bring it out from this location) literally couldn’t go in and get it as the handicap button on the door was broken. Called a friend to go in and get my food for me. Got it after twenty minutes and my order is completely wrong. Do better.

If you are a vegetarian, please do yourself a favor and stay clear of this cross-contaminated establishment! I just found a nice chunk of steak in my sofritas bowl! ? I’m completely grossed out right now.

4/14/22 9:30pm, my daughter and I ordered online. It said pick up at 9:40. So we tried and they were all laughing and talking while we waited for our food. One girl had hickies all over her neck. Finally got our food at 9:50 incomplete and cold. I got a bowl of hard chicken. Guacamole that had hardened on the top and half the ingredients missing from our dishes that we paid for. Nice service kids.

I don’t understand how 6 months later possibly longer, there is still a “coin shortage” and every other business i have ever been to rounds it up, but at this business they just tell you they don’t do that.. just seems a little sketchy to me. also the only business that i have been to anyway that is even still having that problem! we pay enough for the expensive food like why ya gotta take more money from us!? just seems very weird to me so try to pay with a card if you go to this chipotle!

Came here at 845 on March 2nd . They had no white rice no brown rice and no chips ? I got a burrito with brown rice chicken and queso that was very sad and listen to the workers say they couldn't fill any Mobil orders cause they were not properly supplied or staffed ?

Tried to get a bowl for take out. Out of brown rice, portion of white rice was very small. Ordered steak after waiting for almost 15 mins for steak I left. Will never be back here.
