food quality was very poor and there were long wait time for very simple orders. cashier was very pushy and rude the first time, and the girl I met the second time was no better, if not worse. I also got nuggets that had some sort of oil on them. and I don't mean cooking oil, I mean deep black oil like what you'd find in a car. I only noticed when I saw it all over my hand, and I did not eat any more of my food. I will not be returning and recommend all others to avoid this place as well.

Slowest service possible. No way to exit line, so you're trapped for 15-20 minutes. Staff don't wear gloves. We know the food isn't being cooked fresh, so why does it take so long.

I wish I could put no stars, literally the worst bk In the US. Waited more than a half hour for a burger meal, would have left but they held my card until the food was ready, which was undercooked-burger cold and fries pale. No one wearing gloves/staff looked disgusting, no masks or hair coverings. Thanks for wasting my lunch break, please fire all staff and management, close this place down and start over AFTER training people how to do their job, which isn't stacking 9 drinks up and not having a clue what you ordered. Never returning

Awful awful service not only did they not have my order ready 20 minutes after ordering but tried telling me at drive through they don't do online ordering, then the woman instead of saying we don't have Mello yellow like the app says she yelled at me and was aggressively rude so we said ok coke then and again raised her voice aggressively rude again to say she couldn't hear us we watched her she was so angry and bitter she was even making her co worker uneasy!!!!! I will never go to Dover location again

Since reopening. This place is still the worst fast food restaurant in N.H. the two old hags that work here seemed bothered by customers simple ordering requests. And the food was old and cold as usual that this restaurant. God forbid you use the app at drive thru and not mention it to them. They will refuse any app discount.

Pretty good seeing when I've come thru they look under staffed. They are quick and the food is good. Keep up the good work.

I noticed that the employees were not wearing gloves. The so - called manager stated that "our gloves are very clear..." I work in the health care industry. I know what " clear" gloves look like. No regard to health and safety for the community. As soon as I heard her JUSTIFY the gloves and did not say that she will look into it, it was a done deal for me. The lady at the window was pleasant...but she DEFINITELY did not have gloves on. You don't handle money, and then go and get fries without sanitizing your hands...At least put gloves on .

Since reopening in 2021 the three times I have been have been excellent. Probably some of the best BK food I have ever eaten!

Wasn't pleased at all.. burgers tasted like they had been sitting for over an hr... burger was way smaller than the bun..

Went to Burger King to get a whopper for the anniversary sale. I haven’t been here since they closed three years ago. I was totally disappointed and disgusted with the food, there was a hair in the whopper. In the past the food had issues too, nothing to order or the food was cold or not cooked. I thought since they went under new management it would be better. I will never go back again. The food inspector needs to shut this place down. When I called the manager to tell her there was a hair in my food, she offer a free meal, but I’m not interested in that. As a customer I would just like to know I’m eating food that is properly prepared and safe to eat. Why couldn’t she just say they will do better next time or something. They don’t seem to care about safe food handling practices.
