Rude to me literally as soon as she opened the window to take my order, and repeated my order back to me in the most condescending way like what I was ordering was just wrong. I don’t even know what I did to receive attitude but the aromas on Broadway is way better and the people over there give much friendlier customer service and better products. Don’t waste your time being talked down to at this place.

The staff is friendly but unfortunately, they ALWAYS mess up my order. I consistently get a Blue Rush of some sort and at first, they were fine. I pass them regularly for work, so I make pitstops halfway thru my day.At first, I figured it was just the noon rush so I said nothing, bit then it became every time. I've asked them to add "a few extra shots of flavor" and they still get it wrong. I've sent it back but it's still battery acid. I love this chain and it's people, but I'd you want a GOOD rush, don't use them. There's another one in downtown that's better.Ps, I'd your drink looks as pictured........ It's wrong and you're in for a bad time.
Always good service, don't blame them for the complicated orders that the people in front of you give.
