Attention DoorDash delivery drivers, This place can be hit or miss when picking up orders. As of July 2022 they've been pretty good about orders being made quickly, though it was a rough spring. Whatever they're doing, I hope they keep it up.
Our food was very good but the service was horrible. People that ordered after us sat down and were almost done eating plus 4 groups People ordered and left before we received ours. When we asked their response was oh.
Food is really good, though the service could be a little better.I will definitely return for the food. The Miamiwich was delicious.
We have been pleased with their salads, wraps and sandwiches. Delicious and reasonably priced.
First time in.... Chose a roast beef with blue cheese, horseradish and onions on sour dough for me and a Bobby V for the wife. My guess is it would have been better eaten there as the 15 mins ride home for then no favors. Still good taste, chips were good, kinda sweet - kinda salty and kettle chip like. The brownie was good and the prices were no more than anyone else. The crew could have used some work in how to handle a 7 person rush as they somewhat looked overwhelmed but kinda typical here in the capital city.
Wrap City always has a solid product. I have not ever had a bad wrap or sandwich from them. Wide variety to choose from. Eat in or take out.
If you buy a gift card to this place, make sure you keep your receipt until that gift card is used up! I bought my nephew a $20 gift card for Christmas, just threw out the receipt last week, and he just went to use the gift card today and was told there was no money on it, that it had never been activated. I was the only customer in there that day buying anything, so busyness is not their excuse.I sent a screenshot of my bank statement showing the $20 charge, and they gave him $15 credit.I just found out this happened to somebody else too! Possibly some workers are pocketing cash when they "sell" gift cards???? I don't think I'll go to this place ever again!
After receiving very poor customer service from the Londonderry store, Rachel?, at the Concord saved the day. After explaining a mix up with an online order, she gracefully honored our Londonderry order and had the full order waiting for us when we arrived. She will go far recognizing that customer service is what brings back repeat business versus following policy often made by those that never deal with their day to day customers. Thank you Concord! Thumbs down to Londonderry.
Not sure what is going on at this place, but so far I know two people, one of them is me, who bought gift cards at Christmas time, and when the person went to use them, they were told there was nothing on them and they hadn't been activated. Are workers pocketing the cash???? I sent a screenshot of my bank statement showing the day and amount of the charge there, and they credited the recipient a partial amount. GRRRR!
WELL DONE!!!! I ordered a half box of sandwiches for my staff meeting and everything was fabulous. This was my first time ordering from Wrap City and we will definitely be back. The staff were friendly and fun. The restaurant was clean and very busy. These folks really know what they are doing.
