Have been to this location several times now and each time the service has been prompt, friendly and accurate. The food has been super tasty too!
everything there always feels way too rushed. too many mixed up orders and sub-par meals. now i just don't go to this wendys anymore. the parking lot doesnt help matters either.

Employees are friendly. The only complaint is they forgot to put the fries we ordered in the bag and we had to go back. The food was hot and delicious!
Even though my order didn't go through but kind of did the staff and manager were excellent in helping us get out food! Thanks guys!!!
The food is decent enough, but this location is always closed before their stated hours. Probably close to a half a dozen times now, I've rolled up or ordered via the app within the last hour of them being open(and usually around 30 minutes before they are supposed to close) and they have been closed. I've checked google, and I've checked their app to make sure they are supposedly open, but when i show up, they aren't. This is also apparently 2 weeks after google "verified" the hours at this location, so i guess that they don't mind the issues it causes.
Employees are nice enough, food leaves something to be desired, even for a fast food joint. Can't even be bothered to give us more than a scrap of lettuce. This has happened consistently anytime I go too. Seems Concord just has lousy fast food.
Grabbed a Dave's triple. It's been forever and it was great.
We went thru the drive thru around 6:30pm. The staff was very rude. The kids meal juice boxes had no straws attached to them and when we asked for straws we were told they were on the boxes. We told them there weren't any and the server shrugged and said if they weren't on the box they couldn't help us so we had 2 kids with nothing to drink. The cashier shut the door in our face when we requested new boxes that had straws on them. The entire order was wrong. The drinks were not filled completely. It was not a great visit. If zero stars were allowed it would be a zero.
Great Wendy's location!! The food is always hot and the people smiling. The fries are excellent ? I highly recommend them.
