I took my mom and my two aunts to TGI Fridays today for my mother‘s 77th birthday. I ordered the appetizer combo and the quality of the food was mediocre at best. Everything was like packaged microwavable food and by the time I got it it was lukewarm. My mother and my aunt ordered the fish and chips; also unremarkable. I would not go back. I do have to say that our hostess/server Jennifer was not only accommodating, but friendly, warm, professional and even sang happy birthday to my mom and put a candle in her dessert. Her customer service was exceptional and beyond reproach.
A bla expensive experience. My wife ordered the ribs and they were overcooked and dry. My fish and chips were mediocre at best. The drinks were over priced. Won't go back and it literally next door.
Only had seating in the bar/lounge. They weren't busy, so maybe a staffing issue. Sat down, waited 15 minutes, walked across the parking lot to the place nextdoor.
Good customer service. Wasn't too busy, we were able to sit 7 instantly. Food was great, but most of all the cheese fry burger slaps.The best thing they did was hand out a flower and a card for mothers day, how thoughtful!
We did not have a good experience at all. We ordered our food and 1.5 hours later we still did not have and the server did not come to tell us why. There was just the 2 of us so the order was not that complicated. Other customers came in and was served all around us. I told the waitress we could not wait much longer and she seemed flustered and said the cooks were trying to work it out. We ended up leaving without our food.
If I could leave a negative star I would. Started off waiting 20 minutes curbside because they didn’t check their tablet which notifies them when you’re there. The order was totally wrong when I got home. Paid $13 for a salad that had nothing but lettuce and croutons. Don’t waste your time or money here.
I really regret not coming here sooner! Kate was one best wait staff I've ever encountered. We just had a sampler but the food was great and didn't take to long even though they seemed to be under staffed.
Overall we had a horrible experience. We ordered appetizers. 1. There was hair in one of our plates. 2. Another plate was cold. 3. Another plate didn’t come out until the rest of us were done eating. 4. AND we were missing half of our order for another plate. On top of all of that it took them almost 2 hours to give us our food. I understand new staff and not enough staff. But it was ridiculous. We went in there and the place was packed, and we left being the last ones there. I never complain, because I understand how hard it can be, but every time we asked for sauce, we checked in on our food, asked for the check or had to complain, it took them 15 minutes to come back to us and let us know what was going on.
I've been here a couple of times now. Each time was good. The food is good. They have a good variety of foods. I like the appetizers and the drinks are very good. I recommend this location
Tonight was a bit crazy for the cooking staff as we heard the hostess tell many people at the door that they are down to one cook. Times like these are tough. We have to come together as a community to get through. My husband and I came tonight for a night away from the babies. Yes it took longer then expected. We Waited hours but were rewarded with delicious hot food. And we were blessed with more quality time together then we would've taken on our own. It was time we didn't realize we needed together to just laugh and talk. Sometimes things happen. Moral is, TGI Friday staff did their best at staying positive and keeping things flowing despite grumpy people at the door who couldn't stand how long the wait was.They were down a man, we were flexible. No biggie.Our waitress was Michelle, she was so apologetic but it wasn't her fault. We appreciated her kind words and positivity in making our night just as special as it was. She was very attentive and even gave us a free appetizer ❣We are all doing the best we can, so 5 stars to them tonight as it showed that they are too.
