I come here atleast once a week with pregnancy cravings. I’ve not been disappointed yet. I have witnessed Debbie take orders in the drive thru and front counter and also make those same orders herself, all while being abused by impatient customers. If you don’t like that it’s slow , go somewhere else. These people are overworked and underpaid. Be kind or make your own damn tacos at home. We appreciate you Debbie.
The worse experience ever!!! I ordered a power bowl and a staff member (store manager I believe) complained about how I didn't want this or this or this and her comment was "well what d they want" and then made it wrong and when I went back the same staff member was so rude and she made it wrong for the second time... Went in a 3rd time and I spoke with a different staff member and she was a sweetheart and made it correctly finally... It only took 3 times to have it made the way I wanted it...
Such a disappointment. The steak burrito Supremes had not even an ounce of fajita style steak pieces, half the wrap was empty, so it was card board in flavor and texture, the crunch wraps were also light on ingredients unlike 12-18 months ago. It's like the favor speed over quality and the prices DO NOT REFLECT quality. Very over priced for what got get even in these tight tough times.
I’ve ordered a crunch wrap supreme From here three Times in the past year, it’s been a disaster each time. Soggy, ingredients old, barely any lettuce or meat and even ordering extra meat did not make a difference. It’s always a disappointment here. Don’t waste your money I certainly won’t again. I recommend ordering from the one in Hooksett New Hampshire it was made perfect and was so good.
Maybe it was just one bad night. Nearly every step of the way, there was a problem. It's possibly the worst Taco Bell in the state.1) rang my order in wrong2) didn't have large cups and would only charge me for 2 mediums3) good jammed in too small of a bag, I crushed my chips grabbing the bag4) they ran out if receipt tape. When reloaded, claimed they couldn't pront my receipt.5) food terrible and looked like it was made by a 5 year old. Not hot, skimped on all ingredients, and generally deformed from expected shape.
If you are wanting Long John silver's don't even bother!!!! First thing we noticed they don't have Long John silver's in the computer so you can't order like normal you you have to tell them what you want and they have to write it down. And they still got the order wrong! The fish tasted like old grease. The Krispies were not crispy they were stale and old like they had been sitting there for a long time. They did not have any coleslaw, the hush puppies were raw, the fries were grease soaked and unedible. Won't be going back!
The food was good as usual. But the lobby was gross. I can't believe that they allowed this to happen.
2 crunchwrap supremes, and 2 soft tacos…. Are you serious? This is them just taken out of the wrapper. What the hell is this??? Flat, deformed, AND THEY’RE BASICALLY EMPTY?!?! I will never be back to this Taco Bell. Don’t waste your money, you'll have to go somewhere else right after anyways. Horrible. You should all be fired.
Did online order. Taco shells were refried and so hard I couldn't eat them. Burrito was falling apart when I opened the wrapping. Got a meal box and received the wrong taco, and sides all together. If you go and order quesadillas, you're fine. Anything else, not so sure about. Haven't been back to this specific location.
I went here and asked for a crunch wrap with extra sour cream and no tomato’s. Staff repeat it back to me. I get all the way home and look at it and it is with EXTRA TOMATOES and no sour cream. They also do not keep their menus on date and have poor customer service
