Not sure why you don’t have the most basic things that you use to make sandwiches? You don’t have sub rolls? And then you’re telling me you discontinued eggs…. When I get them at different locations every single weekend. Interesting. Also, hire someone who wears gloves. Disgusting.
this is an amazing restaurant we are now under new management and we are doing amazing come in and get a free footlong after 6pm with the purchase of any size fountain drink... Just a very great store and good employees so glad i work here
Ordered 4 different wraps. When I got them home they were far from what is advertised. Subway needs to train their employees how to make a wrap. I was bringing the wraps to a house and had to purchase tomato wraps to rewrap the sandwich. It was awful, terrible mess. Won't order wraps again.
One thing about this place really stood out. Sandwich craftsman Tyler. Great Guy! Surprised he’s only been there for a week!
just got myself a 12" roast beef sub. 4 slices of roast beef. It's barely there. And they were out of everything on the veggie options except spinach and peppers. And even out of mayonnaise. Seriously? What kind of restaurant lets itself run out of basic condiments? They're super convenient to my office, but I think I need to motivate myself to walk further.
Worst experience I've had at a subway by FAR! There were numerous employees but only one making sandwiches, when the employee making sandwiches called another over for help the co worker gave an annoyed attitude. They didnt have a lot of meats, breads and vegetables in stock and or prepared. The person making the sandwich cut my bread uneven that there was barley room for food, i got cookies with my meal and they were very hard and burnt and when i finally took a bite of my sandwich it was hard and stale and completely unedible. Fortunately when i spoke to a manager she was caring and offered to fix it. Would not return.
I order online and always have to wait for my order to be made. Items are always out (for example the bread I ordered or no onions available) employees complaining to each other.
Employee was very rude (Claimed to be the manager) One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.
My husband and I ordered lunch from there and his sandwich had almost nothing in it and was overly salty. My salad was drowning in dressing and the black olives tasted just awful, almost as if they had gone bad.
I hope the owner of this subway reads this. From walking in to ordering to using the bathroom every thing was terrible. No forks no lid for my protein bowl. We wanted to eat inside I could not unless I can eat this salad/protein bowl with my hands. Good thing the Mexican restaurant where I should’ve ate at in the first place gave us Utensils. Wow such a beautiful downtown area and such a ugly subway. Employees seemed clueless
