Awful old women snapped at me when I asked for my usual. Told me she had to charge me extra then wouldn’t let the other employee fill my cup up more than half way past the second line. Never had that happen before and the other employee looked embarrassed. Mind you, there was no problem serving the customers that weren’t wearing rainbows. Kept my mouth shut but in hindsight I should have been a Karen because it made me feel awful. Just get your Starbucks across the street :(

The service was good, but they charged me $5.05 for a quad grande Americano. That is a full dollar more than any other location.

Inside the front door of Target. Clean, large unit, with seating. Full service. I did not have to wait for service.Chai latte was prepared quickly and was delicious, as one has come to expect from Starbucks. I didn't avail myself of any treats, but they looked fresh and yummy.Staff wore masks.I would go here again.

I used to love Starbucks. The only place I would go. Most of the time now they are usually closed.

Great holiday drinks and seasonal flavors!

I've enjoyed this Starbucks location for ages. It's always been a wonderful experience whether I went through the Drive-thru or I went inside. However, since the pandemic, this place has really struggled. The hours are random so I never no if they'll be open or closed. There is no explanation for this unless you ask. Yesterday, I went through the drive-thru because the inside was closed due to a lack of staff. I ordered a salted caramel cold brew and wanted it made with coconut milk foam. The staff member told me that they no longer foam non-dairy milk. When I asked for the reason, she said "there's no way to charge for it and that all Starbucks locations stopped doing it "like 6 months ago". I told her that the Starbucks down the road from them in Target did for me yesterday without hesitation. She responded that " I don't know what the other Starbuck's are doing, but we don't do it." It just didn't make any sense to me. There's always a way to charge for something. I asked her what was happening with this Starbucks and she said sarcastically, "we don't have enough staff.......just like everybody else. " I do empathize with that, but other places are able to keep more consistent hours even if their hours have changed due to staffing issues. If you're going to continue to charge people $5.00 or more for coffee than you need to give them options and be polite. It's just a shame and I hope that they can resolve these issues and get back on their feet.
