Stopped in after an appointment, first time here, food was good, satisfying. Our server, Jennifer, was helpful, attentive and timely!
Poor service. Had to wait 15 mins for refill on coffee. Wife did not get what she ordered. She ordered eggs scrambled got an omelet. I got biscuits and gravy. Just awful. No flavor whatsoever. Place needs to be cleaned, had to be 1/4 of crap on the windowsill. Will never go back. It was actually the third strike for me.
First visit here for me and I was impressed with the service and the food. A reco from concord airport brought me here, I ordered a sandwich to takeout. The host and the server were both very friendly and courteous. And my sandwich was large and delicious. I ordered the spicy chicken-but I really didn’t taste any spice. Hmm. Was hoping for a SW “hot” taste. Even my broccoli was warm to eat when I arrived after my drive to pick up.
We had an amazing Experience here! The service was stellar, Food was so fresh and the Menu has so many Delicious looking items I know I will have to come back to try more. Thank you Red Arrow in Concord, yall made our day!
Steady flow of people, but worth the wait. This is a relative restaurant to the original Guy from Triple D visited. It did not disappoint. The food was tasty, especially the chicken and rice soup. Not bland but flavorful. The onion rings were crispy with good onion to batter ratio. All the meals came out hot and fresh. The raspberry lemonade pie is a must try. It is like a pop tart in pie form. Simply delicious. The waitress was good and brought everything out promptly. This restaurant is connected to a gas station. So an entrance from the convenience store to the restaurant or you can use its own entrance.
Breakfast is amazing! Strawberry stuffed French toast with a mug of bacon for me and the Dinah combo for my daughter. We cleaned our plates, it was so good. The bacon is thick and tasty and 10 slices is a challenge to eat!
Was so looking forward to eating here.1 The food was good! The only reason it's getting 3 stars is because of the cooks! Thank you cooks! They would get 5 stars!2 service left a whole lot to be desired. 0 stars for the service Waitress kinda friendly. She spend almost all the time around the corner chatting away with the other waitresses. Was never checked on for over 15 minutes. Never got a refill on my drink and left thirsty. WHERE WAS THE MANAGER! Only 3 sets of diners and basically we were all left alone with no drink refills and no one even bother to check on us because they were all chatting away around the corner. Guess the manager didn't care about us. Extremely poor management.
We were searching for a place for a late breakfast and decided upon the Red Arrow Diner. It was a perfect choice. We knew about the Manchester location, but not the Concord one. The menu is extensive and with lots of options. My wife ordered eggs and Kielbasa, and I had the eggs with the pork pie with brown gravy (something I had never had before!) We both really enjoyed our meal. Lisa Marie our server was awesome. We were caught by surprise in that my wife mentioned that this was our first visit to the Red Arrow; so at the end when Lisa brought the bill, we received a robust welcome and were asked to sign the guest book. Surprised at some of the T/A reviews. Our visit was totally positive the staff was friendly, we had great service, and an excellent breakfast.
If you have never been to the Red Arrow Diner then your missing out. Besides all the good options, the homade Banna Cream Pie is to die for. We drive 2 hours about once a month to come here
As usual the food was fantastic.
