My daughter and I thought we'd check out Panera Bread in Concord and we were very disappointed. The employees were rude and unhelpful and the food was nothing worth going back for. I have to say some of the customer were also rude. The set up was not user-friendly what so ever.Guess it's just not our kind of place. We won't be back!
This location was busy, but it didn't take long to get my order out to me. And it was so good!
My mom decided to treat me to lunch today at Panera. We ordered our lunch and went to our table. My mom has had a stroke, so at times she does tend to get confused easily. She went up to the cashier, which I'm assuming her name is Katie, because that's what our receipt says. My mom kindly asked where the ladies room was. Katie told her but right after my mom turned her back, Katie pointed to the side of the building and said, "I'm yeah, the bathroom is out the door and around the back of the building" and then she laughed. I was so disgusted by the way that she treated my mom that if I hadn't already ordered, I would've left immediately! Maybe doing some better training on how to treat your customers might help you Katie! I will not be back!
Busy location, but that's also a sign they are doing things right. My first order ahead for pickup was ten minutes late from scheduled time but order was complete, the food was warm and tasty.
Where else can you get 1/2 and 1/2 of two things. Soup and sald or soup and sandwich. This is great I don't have to decide on my one favorite but I can get some of each. How great and yummy is that. Not many other places do this. Plus the food is clean and healthy. I also love tgier coffe always tastes great. I don't get her enough.
I have found hair in our food on two separate occasions in the past couple of months. We won’t be going back anymore.
We received a nice friendly HELLO upon walking in. Nice start and our visit only got better from there.This being my first of many to come visits.We had soup and bread. Quick, simple, affordable, clean, friendliest staff ever and the food.The Food! How have I not heard of Panera Bread before now?The food prepared here is nothing short of amazing!Come try for yourself and you'll agree with me.Panera is about as good as it gets.
Absolutely delicious and enjoyed our conversation on what kind of berries were in the oatmeal raisin berry cookie? What ever, it was absolutely delicious! Yum!
Somebody needs to clean up the entire space in front of the Concord site! Trash, leaves that are everywhere and 6 inches deep in spots are creating a safety hazard, not to mention how horrible it looks! Why it is allowed to remain a mess is a complete mystery. Clean it up!
I use doordash for this location all the time, and I've never had any issues. The food is always good. Thank you!
