DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Very POOR Customer service. Worst experience with any of the Nadeau's chain!!! Ordered 5 subs which was up over $70 and 3 of the 5 we're wrong. Called them and the not so nice person that answered asked what was wrong and then proceeded to tell me that I got what I ordered and I must not have ordered them correctly... Are you serious!?!? I go back to the establishment for refund or replacement and low and behold they closed at 7 even after I called and made a complaint they knew I was coming back..WILL NOT GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!
Store was clean/tidy. Staff was not friendly. no greeting, no thank you. (Manners matter)
This was our first time trying this location for Nadeau's. Located in a lovely little market with quick easy access from the highway. The service was friendly and fast and the area was nice and clean. The food was ready quickly and was very good as all Nadeaus food typically is. This location even has online ordering which is even more convienent. Would highly recommend them and their extensive menu. The steak tip subs are a popular staple and what they are known for, and they do not dissapoint.
Nadeau's used to be on S main St in Concord, our go to lunch for great subs. We were sad to see them go, then Cemo's left and it was hard to get a great sammiche BUT they are back! Neat tidy little store with new flooring, squishy but nice, wine, coffee, beer, if your on the East End near exit 16, ya gotta stop!
Great steak and cheese sub...made quickly...delicious.
The quality of Nadeau's steak tip sub is not what it used to be. I had to pull three pieces of grizzle out of my mouth while eating a medium steak tip sub. I've been getting subs from the Pinardville store since 1976, and there has been a few times through the years when they tried to get away with cheaper quality meat. I used to consider Nadeau's as the standard to compare all others to, but it no longer lives up to that standard. (You need to take lessons from places that do it right like my new favorite which is Cooper Hill Pizzeria in Northwood NH.)
They are always smiling and greet their customers every time. Very professional and quick with orders. They make it exactly as requested even if it's outrageous and has 20 things in a salad or on a sub They make it perfect every time!
Awesome small corner store, the subs are fantastic and made right in front of you which has to be one of the best parts. To clarify this Nadeaus is located in a general store and they all function in unison, while your waiting you can check out a section of the building that has different goods from New England and right from the towns and cities here.
Got a Philly cheesesteak it was pretty good
The first time I came here it was great. But today I got a small ham and cheese on a sub to go. The employees seem too busy to be courteous. And they didn't even cut my sub knowing that it was a takeout which is slightly inconvenient for me. I won't be back. Unless customer service is better. In the sub could be a little fuller for the price. It's a very small amount of ham and cheese. Much less than what I got the first time on a bulky.
