Push out the greatest always Gracie always sloppy not what I ordered and when I pick up burgers it’s full of Grace Labs throw it away so this McDonald’s could really get some training in food presentation so that it looks appetizing when he get it and not a complete greaseball because it’s been sitting in Greece for six hours
I like the locations where I don't have to socialize with anyone. Order and pay on the app. Park at a numbered spot, get my food and just say thank you.The order was correct, so an easy 5 stars
I know they dont get paid a lot but wish they could be nicer. It seems like they feel put upon if you order in person oppossed to self service kiosk. The food was not hot
We were just there a few minutes ago to order food seems to me that your staff needs to pay more attention to what is thrown in the bags esp on a fri day night. I understand that its wicked busy i worked for dd 4 years ago and we were always told to pay attention to what is being put in the bag before handing it out the window or ran out the door.The manager on duty I guess his name is author sounded unprofessional and didn't ask for my name and instead of paying attention to what I was saying he ignored it for a min to pay attention to one of the other workers unprofessional.. sorry I've been going to this place for years and never been treated poorly.........
If you want a place with computers running the dining room and the only valued metric being turnover time on the drive thru while quality and actual time to get your order fall way side. This is the place for you. The two stars is strictly because their employees over all are amazing and have always been friendly and gone above and beyond.
I try to stay away, but was craving a Filet-O-Fish meal deal. I haven't gone for a long time because I don't like eating in my car. Inside is now open. It was super busy! 2 long lines for take out and a line inside. One employee was helping put in orders at the kiosk as well delivering to the tables. There was also ordering at the counter. Considering how busy it was, orders came out quickly and hot!?
it’s honestly embarrassing how much these people are paid when the workers manage to mess up as much stuff as they do. If someone could explain to me how you forget an entire burger, and on top of that I paid for 2 pieces of cheese (a dollar more per sandwich) on THREE sandwiches and these people put 1. Im not sure why these people think they deserve more than the exorbitant amount they already make when they can’t even count to 2.These people deserve minimum wage or honestly less.
Great food, fast, and clean!! The GM there is excellent, very friendly and easy to talk to. If in the Concord area, and looking for McD's, you cannot go wrong here
Once again short on help.If you want quick service you need to go through the drive through or order from the kiosk inside.If you don't order from kiosk they completely ignore you & you WAIT !!WHST HAPPEN TO GOOD OLE FASHION WORKERS !!
Why isn't your lobby open for doordash drivers & other delivery services? The amount of time which equals loss of other orders and gas which is pretty expensive spent in your drivethru is ridiculous and not fair to delivery drivers that are clearly doing doordash because they need the money.
