Waited 30+ minutes for a Big Mac meal and crispy chicken sandwich. Chicken sandwich had burnt buns and no pickles or mayo. Fries were also stale and burnt.
It's your basic fast food place nothing fancy.
Worst service!!! Give me a happy meal with only fries and then looks at me funny cuz there wasn't even a toy or apple slices , then a burger is suppose to have mayo only and tag says mayo only but it was a burger with Mac sauce...
Yesterday I watched as an employee of the South Main St. Concord, New Hampshire establishment coughed directly all over the food we just ordered. Like no care in the world that COVID-19 or any other number of illnesses exist.Upon pointing this out to the manager that was there, we were refunded our money and given a card for a "Free Meal" as the manager said to us, (AND I QUOTE)"JUST COME BACK WHEN HE (pointing at and referring to the employee that coughed on our food) ISN'T HERE."Needless to say, I will never be eating McDonald's ever again from anywhere and I personally believe that the manager and the employee that coughed on our food from the South Main St. Concord New Hampshire location should be fired, if not the entire staff of that establishment as they all looked like slobs.Unfortunately I can't give anything lower than 1 star because this place doesn't even deserve that.Take your "Free Meal" and put it where the sun don't shine.
Don't go there for lunch rush hour your double cheese burger will be warm not hot and the cheese will still berefrigerated what ever takes to keep the line of cars moving during rush hour .
Literally, every time I go through the drive-through here, I am asked to pull into a parking spot where I wait ten minutes. It is not really a drive though if you have to park. It's part of their strategy because they now have three numbered spots that are always full of people waiting now. Wendy's it is.
Nice McDonald's. The first thing that I noticed when I walked in was that the store was very clean and organized. This shouldn't surprise me. Many McDonald's stores are clean but for some reason this one stood out. It made me feel like I would enjoy eating here and not just meet the requirements for living. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. They seemed to be enjoying their work. This McDonald's is a hidden gem among fast food places.
Nice enough people, but I drove 25 minutes each way... Sick wife wanted, and was excited for, an apple pie. Charged for them, but no apple pies (soon wanted one too). Maybe my fault for not checking before leaving, but come on...
This McDonald's has the best staff and they always provide the best quality of food they can. Keep up the great work.
I had 2 orders at noon; both quarter pounders dry asked for ranch sauce. There were no fries; was cold.
