One of the best Chinese restaurants I've been to and I'm from Hong Kong and live in San Francisco. Highly highly recommend. The lobster was on par on the ones I had in Maine, and the lobster fried rice was very 香。
Nice hostess but geez we don't go out to eat at a restaurant and expect to be served on paper plates never mind entrees served on paper plates ? spent $70..this isn't McDonald's lol and portions were very small, we typically have left overs for a couple days not tonight, only 2 dumplings. Even our tea was served in a paper cup.
Just excellent [American] Chinese food.Just us and one other table at 1pm on a Sunday so service was great.Really nice quality. Scallion pancakes, fried dumplings, chicken teriyaki, lo mein, mei fun, wonton soup (which did need salt). My kid liked the fried wanton strips that came with the wanton soup, so the server (owner) brought her another bag for free.Singapore Mei Fun was perfectly spicy! And the price was excellent too. Really pleased. Thanks so muchRyan
Always order here tonight waited 2 hours for burnt crab Rangoon and soggy seame chicken very disappointed dont even wanna eat this
We took out. The orange chicken was amazing. Serves was top notch. Definitely will go back.
While I love this restaurant year round, I have a big complaint about their service on New Year’s Eve. We called our order in the day before asking for a pick up time of 5:30 NYE. They told us no problem. When we arrived to pick up they took our payment and told us it would be ready in 20 minutes. Being NYE the place was packed, line out the door which we expected. 2 hours later our food was ready with 2 items missing which we didn’t discover until we got home. They need a system for NYE. There was a gentleman who had been waiting over 3 hours and we got our food before him. While waiting they continued to take new orders and were preparing those before those that had been waiting hours. Several times my husband spoke up and inquired about our order with no information given to him. I understand NYE is a big night for them but there has got to be a better system for them to get orders taken and prepared in the order they are placed. They are aware that this night would be busy beforehand. Also would be nice if they had communicated over the phone the previous day that we could pay over the phone and our order would have been prioritized.
This place is a nightmare. I know it’s New Years Eve, and I am a patient person overall. But there were people waiting there for their food for 3+ hours for food that they were being told would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I was also told my food would be ready in 15 minutes and finally I had to ask if my food was almost done after waiting for 45 minutes. The people working at the front were saying that orders were being prepared as soon as people checked in (not a very smart or fair strategy, especially since some people ordered days in advance for their food tonight) Regardless of that, I was about to just cancel my order completely when it finally came out. When I got home, the food was cold and stale so definitely not “made fresh” as they were saying. It tasted like it was days old and made in old oil. I will definitely not be returning here. However, I suppose it’s fitting that the last meal I have in 2021 is garbage because it’s been such a garbage year. Here’s to a better 2022.
BEST Chinese in town!! Been going here for years! These poor folks worked their butts off tonight on New Year’s eve and of course they were going to be over their regular time. I felt so sorry for the workers dealing with people that were complaining that they had to wait. It’s New Year’s Eve!! The busiest night for Chinese! Waiting a whole 45 minutes is no big deal knowing how slammed they were. They get 5 stars from us all year!
Best Chinese in Concord , they deliver awesome too. Everything here is good . If ur getting Chinese this the spot on Concord!
Fantastic food and great service!
