Ordered through drive through. The food looked like it was half eaten and haphazardly thrown into my box. The staff seemed like they were really young, but were incredibly rude and very clearly untrained. Don’t waste your money here.
I've had decent visits to this location, but my most recent visit was really poor. They gave our food to an food delivery person and messed up a door dash/Uber eats order one after another. When they remade our food, the fries were burnt which I've never experienced before at any fast food place, the sauce on the tenders looked like jelly instead of sauce and there were no medium lids. When asked about the lids, they ignored me twice and and then acknowledged it twice but didn't do anything. One of the workers also never stopped complaining about being there and would ask to leave every few minutes. I won't be coming back to this location, but there are definitely worse out there.
Haven't gone to KFC in a long time and I can say its definitely gone downhill a lot. The chicken was greasy greasy. The put that greasy disgusting chicken on top of the biscuit which made it soggy so therefore not edible. Their customer service is horrible its like they are rushing you out when its not even busy. The mashed potatoes (which in this case was the highlight of this horrible lunch) were good as I remember
The service was poor. Had to repeat my drink order multiple times, asked for certain sauces and received every sauce except the honey I requested. Also no straws given for our drinks. They need to slow down and actually listen and pay attention.
Went to drive through window with my family at 1pm when people were inside eating, nobody tried to take our order. We said “hello” and tried to get the attention of the workers. Nobody would even acknowledge we were there. We finally left and went to BK
Cashier at takeout window very visibly high on drugs and completely disoriented. Received my sanwich hardly wrapped and covered in some unwanted sauce. Fries were just dumped directly in bag also covered in?? Immediately threw it in trash. I understand there is a labor shortage but this is completely unacceptable.
I love KFC and had not been for a while. As I was in Concord on an errand I thought I would give myself and my husband a treat. Store was supposed to open at 11 AM. I arrived around 11:10 AM. Tried to order at the drive through but was told the registers were not working properly. Another worker told me it would be about 10 Minutes. I drove and parked in the parking and waited. I ordered a 8 pc bucket of extra crispy, drums and thighs and two sides. When it was packed woman came and said the biscuits were just going in the oven and would take 10 min. She offered me another side or a dessert. I chose the dessert. When I got home and opened the bucket, I found it crammed to the top with drums and wings. 16 drums, and 8 wings. No thighs. Chicken appeared to be left over from the day before and not even warm. I would have preferred to be told the truth that the thighs weren't ready yet. I don't know who made the executive decision to do this but not a very good one. It would appear that whoever was supposed to open and get things ready didn't show up this morning. New management needed big time.
The pieces of chicken tenders have gotten smaller and more soggy than crunchy. The last few times that I've been here were disappointing. They seem to have lowered their standards. They are not meeting expectations. It's like visiting a sick old friend. I hope they return to making chicken the KFC way and not this.... I don't even know what to call this other than sad.
KFC has the veggie nuggets in now. We stopped to get some to try them. For 1. Very skimpy for $10 almost for 6 nuggets. What??!!! They were a bit dry. I do believe they could have prepared them with more care. The new fries have so many preservatives, ingredients, they taste good though. Don't eat too much...God only knows the effects of all the additives. Yikes!
Dishonest intentional disregard of order request. I asked for and paid for original thighs ONLY. Had the person at the speaker confirm the order. Had the person at the drive up window confirm the order and when I got home they had given me a mix of all chicken parts. I've made this order over and over in the past without a problem but the night crew just decided to confirm but disregard my request.
