best first experience ever my son loved the Mac N cheese
Always a great meal and excellent service. My most recent visit Jade and Emily went above and beyond and turned my rotten day right around. Clean, fast and friendly each and every visit.
Great place, for what I like. Everytime I come here, I get a bowl of Mac and cheese, then ice-cream. The Mac and cheese is the best I've ever had anywhere, I can't get enough of it, its moisture is wonderful and it's always cooked properly, it goes great with sausage. The ice-cream is amazing, some of the best in town, tho its a bit pricey for the serving sizes. So overall, sorta high price, but worth it for the nostalgia, which shouldn't be a thing, so y'all should lower prices, it would get you more customers, more often. Definitely a main part of Concord, everyone knows it.
Tonight I brought my boys in for a date night dinner and Emily was so great. My boys had made comments thought the night on how much they liked her. She was fun and personable. Easily the best waitress we have had at friendlys. Will be requesting her company on our next visit!
We went in for breakfast and waited about 5 minutes before being seated and we got our order taken care of. Then a bunch of people started to come on and there was only two waitresses working and didn't even acknowledge the other people and apologize for the wait. A family of 4 ended up leaving because they waited for almost 10-15 minutes and were not seated. Then after I was done my meal, I got a box to go and accidentally left it, I went back in to grab it and found my table had already been cleaned and my box of food was gone. Possibly thrown away. I used to love this place, but I probably won't be going back ever. I'm upset that I forgot my food, but I'm also upset that they threw it away instead of trying to follow us and give it back.
unfortunately we went there today and were seated right away. however they only had two servers on and they got busy with a line of people and nobody acknowledged them or anything. a family of four left after waiting probably 10 min. why don't they have a manger or someone to help seat people and help with orders? some gentleman came out and was annoyed that he had to help and the waitress with short hair always seems to be nasty. not sure we will be back. we had a to go container that we forget and went right back in to get and it was already thrown away. not the best experience. sorry
We had a wonderful meal, and our waitress Kelsi was a delight. She was kind, prompt, and attentive. Our food was tasty too!
Place is nasty. I always get my orders wrong. Third time I got hair in my order. They tried serving my child raw meat. Foods always cold. Wtf is wrong with this place. ?The employees suck too they walk around like they hate their jobs never come to check on you.. I miss main street
Love Friendly's Fribble's! I always get a vanilla Fribble with butterfinger in it, it's my favorite. However, it cost me $18 for 2 fribbles! I couldn't believe it! This particular Friendly's however has an older employee that has only been rude and impatient. On one occasion my card was charged 3x, using all my funds in my account BUT he claimed the transaction wasn't complete and took our Fribble's back even when one of us had started drinking it. We had to give back the shakes we paid for 3x over!! This man made a scene in front of everyone in line, drained my bank account and then confiscated our shakes! Even after showing him the receipts with the charges he made and the bank statement to confirm his mistake and still he would not give us our Fribble's and would not admit that he was wrong nevermind give us any form of an apology! Needless to say, I was not impressed and if there was still another Friendly's in Concord I would avoid the one on loudon rd all together. I will say tho that any other employee's I've interacted with were great! Polite, cheerful and made great Fribble's!
Made a simple online order of two meals and two sundaes for delivery. After receiving the order we noticed that only one sundae was in the second bag. When trying to call the restaurant to check, I was hung up on twice. Had to drive back to pick it up and report the issue in person and was told “oh we didn’t have that flavor available”. The sundae was paid for and showed up on the receipt, for some reason they thought it was okay to send out the order incomplete and keep my money. Was not offered the option of a different flavor by the phone number provided upon ordering.
