Absolutely atrocious attention to even the smallest of details. I ordered a Egg&Cheese on an English muffin + a Box of Munchkins, and they gave me a Egg&Cheese on a Bagel + a Glazed Chocolate Doughnut. I brought the food back, completely untouched, and asked for a refund. Instead of getting a refund, I was told "sorry mam, we can't issue refunds". I know y'all issue refunds. I want my money back. Extremely overpriced, considering the poor costumer service. I'd rate 0/10 if I could.

Stand at the counter for 5 minutes. The first person said will be with me in a second. Then the other women asked me to go to drive thru. The counter is open.
For the love of God as a chef please stop making food I will never eat anything that comes from Dunkin' donuts and I feel embarrassed that you have taught people that this is food it's not food at all. All of it is just a mistake

The gas station was open and the Dunkin’ was closed. Everything closed up not a single thing to say someone worked there. So over an hour before their closing time they had been cleaned up for quite some time. Disappointed and fed up with Dunkin’ s lack of staffing and accountability.
Ordered online qt 5:45, went to pick up my order and they wouldn't make it because they open at 6. No refund possible, no help what so ever. If you're going to change your hours, please update the app to reflect it.

I have a lot to say about this dunkins location, I’ll start with the fact that they’re not open half the time I go because people simply don’t show up for work, I don’t know what kind of ww2 death camp environment you have your workers in but they should at least feel motivated to show up, my next issue is that the counter isn’t open so you’re forced to go through the drive through which often ends in me getting the wrong order, either the workers there have the hearing of hellen keller or they find joy in messing up the coffee I ordered for my special needs brother...
