I ordered a medium black with one sugar through the drive-through. When I open the coffee I found that I had one with cream and several sugars in it I had to toss it out
Genuinely a joke of an establishment. I ordered 2 doughnuts. 1 doughnut was SUPPOSED TO BE chocolate frosted and the other was strawberry frosted with sprinkles HOWEVER they gave me 1 glazed doughnut and my strawberry frosted doughnut. Can't even do 2 doughnuts properly smh.
Its dunkins what more can I say. Coffe and food is good but prices are a bit high.. but then again, Everything is getting more expensive these days.
This DD has yet to make me a bad large ice hazelnut coffee cream and 4 sugars. Also donuts and muffins are fresh
Got my order wrong and the person behind the counter was complaining about customers coming in amd having to complete Doordash orders.
The Manager Ona lost it on us. We were waiting for a mobile order. She asked what we were waiting on. My wife answered her and then she started yelling at her. Must have been having a bad day. Worst customer service ever. Huge attitude. We will not be back. When I asked for the owner’s information she butted in and started yelling at me. I never yelled at her I was very calm. She just kept yelling even when I was leaving. Worst human I have ever had to deal within
This is a tough rate...slow to respond to counter, may have tough time finding help. Coffee and donuts were fine

A sign of the times. Their is no lobby service after 1:00 p.m. Drive thru and pick up only.
Again stop there to get coffee went inside five people working there no one waited on me as I waited 10 to 15 minutes at the counter they were all too busy talking to each other I guess this is what they mean when they say help wanted
