It took them literally 25 minutes to make a simple on the go order. There seemed to be no manager there and no systems in place to make orders efficiently. Poorly run store from the looks of it
2nd time the did not make iced Carmel coffee correctly. Not impressed with this stores drive thru.
Turkey sausage egg and cheese on English muffin they do very fresh not like some others which is they put microwave and give it to you and they are good to costumer
Put in for a cup of coffee in a donut and they have the cleanest restaurant are seen. Bathroom's clean as a whistle Display case was fantastic as a couple pictures below drive-thru line to Breeze kind friendly and funny. FYI this has been remodeled and should be company's standered going forward. Bar noneAwesome
Coffee was awful and the food was inedible. Don't go to THIS Dunkin's!!! Go to a different one!
Considering they had only drive through open due to short staff service was good.
Horrible service!!! My husband was handed a hot coffee and the lid popped off, spilled all down the inside and outside of the car and him… the young inexperienced female server didn’t apologize or offer napkins!! She was unapologetic and seemed bothered by the entire situation!! I had to ask for napkins and even that took several minutes!! Will never go back to this location
About a ten minute wait for a ice coffee. But was good.
Placed a mobile order at this location only to get there to pick up my coffee that I have already paid for and all the lights are off and no one is in the building. Absolutely insane to me how someone can rub a business like this. Shut off your mobile ordering if you HAVE NO STAFF. You are essentially stealing from people by allowing this. Wish I could give this place negative stars.
Refuse to pay staff a good wage so they couldn't open the inside dining area. Couldn't get food or use the restroom. Kids were not happy. Saw multiple people walk up and leave because they were closed at 4 on a Friday.
