Go 3 times a week for an ice coffee this morning my shamrock macchiato tasted like medicine
Just had ice coffee it was great but we have seen a price hick.
Typically this place is great, team work is phenomenal at this location. This morning was horrifying!!! Not only was my food made wrong, they wanted to argue with me that they forgot as one of my stuff!!! Tried calling a few times over a couple hours but answering machine is picking up
One of the managers there is by far the rudest person I have ever met. I go into this store 3-4 times a week to order my team coffee and before I can even tip she yelling about tips, today when I went through drive through and order 3 coffees when I got to the window one of the coffees were missing cold foam so I ask if I could just get it and she snatched the coffee from my hand before I could ask for the cream on the side for one of the coffees she stormed off. So when she got back I asked if I could get the two creams on the side and she rudely said can I get you anything else and slammed the window before i could answered I waited there so I could get my recipes and she refused. My team and myself easily spend 300+’dollars a week at this location but we will not be returning due to her. The women is an older women with dark curly hair who sounds like Fran from the nanny!

I will say this is probably the worst slowest Dunkin donuts. If the line has 5 cars you may think okay that isn’t so bad. No, 5 cars will take 25 minutes. SO SLOW
Another Dunkin Donuts that does not make food either because they say their Ovens do not work or they are understaffed. You should have a sign up saying this so people don't have to wait in a long line to find out they cannot get what they want.
