Possibly the worst dunkin I have ever been to. GM is abusive to her staff & I have heard her yelling at them on the drive thru speaker many times. The line is consistently slower when the GM is taking orders and the coffee is always wrong. The only decent employees who used to work there seem to be gone over the past few months…such a disappointment but not surprising considering the terrible management
Place is huge, can sit have coffee check emails friendly staff. Bathrooms where spotless. Floors cleaned windows shine. Couldn't ask for a better coffee shop. Enjoy ?
So I called this Dunkin’ because another Dunkin messed my coffee up and and spoke with Scott and I have to say that he was very understanding and helpful. I recommend this Dunkin because everyone is so helpful and polite. Thank you Scott for you’re help
Place was dead, waited at mobile order pickup for 10 minutes only to get a hot coffee that tasted like it was sitting on the counter for an hour. Multiple customers upset with slow guy behind the counter, hope he hasn’t been working there long. Worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to.
I understand that fast food restaurants are consistently short staffed, but that does not excuse the fact that there's no line movement in over 20 minutes of waiting and having a rude front order taker shouting obscenities in front of small children. Left because I was done waiting, as well as another few customers.
I've never, in more than 20 years as a customer of this Dunkin' restaurant, ever had a wrong order, and this was no exception. Drive thru were fast and accurate as always.
I went in counter was closed was told to go through drive up waited in the cold 20 min. Only to be told they wouldn't take my order if I wasn't in a car. Counter is now open so I go in and the person is talking to someone. I did as they told me. To get a hot cup of coffee and a sandwich for a hungry person was too much for them. They were rude patronizing and unkind. Apparently they don't know some people don't have cars. It will be a very long time before I go there again. I left hungry and sad.
Went through the drive-thru to pick up an ubereats order, and when I got to the window—after telling the girl in the intercom my business—a guy asks me what I want and has no idea what I’m doing there. Looks at me like I have 3 heads when I tell him again why I’m there. Kind of weird. It’s not that complicated or strange for me to say “pick up for ____, Uber eats”.
This is a good location. I usually go through the drive thru but have I also have done preorder pickup inside. It's a clean shop. They usually have all donuts stocked. My drive thru orders are always correct. The staff can be busy or overwhelmed at times, but they are always friendly and courteous. I definitely recommend this location.
I went to the drive through at 4:30am and ordered a sandwich, hash browns and a hot chocolate. It took them 20 minutes to make it(I was the only one in line) and they still got it wrong! If you like your food made poorly and slowly by a bunch of tweaker’s this is the place for you!
