Using the app I got my free pizza as well as a few other pizzas thst came out perfect
I ordered on the app for a carry out at the window which I love and is super convenient until, you can't reach the buzzer to notify employees that customers are at the window. Then once we did reach it, we couldn't tell if it had made a noise or if it worked and no one came to the window foe a min or 2 and no one said anything over a speaker like at other drive thrus. The food was made well and was yummy but, there has never been a time that I have paid for sauces and received all of them without having to either go back, make a delivery driver go back or just gone without. It's frustrating when it's part of you're order and costs money for each one. Also, I wish on the app you could have an option of telling them to hold off on starting it because it will take longer to pick it up. That way the food would stay nice and hot like the delivery drivers always drop it off.
Haven’t been dissatisfied yet. The deals they offer are why I keep coming in. Definitely better pizza in concord, at a better value as well. But you can get a nice pizza that tastes good here.
Excellent customer service! Normally this store doesn’t deliver to the the Loudon Quality Inn, but after I made a simple call to the store I was told they WOULD deliver to the Quality Inn which was just outside of the delivery map. Thanks for making the exception!

After patiently waiting three hours... I finally arrive and the rude young boy at the window wearing glasses said he can now "cancel my order instead", and there was nothing else he could do. I was the only car in the parking lot at this time. At this same time, the Manager over there named "Becca" who puts off a very negative soul-sucking energy, stared at me from the ovens with a nasty look on her face. It just confuses me how the business could allow such thoughtless employees.Please do NOT pay attention to the good reviews on here. The hiring manager/ owner should be absolutely ashamed & embarrassed by these employees and foolish customer service.Go somewhere else.
Tonight’s meal was exceptionally delicious was made an and sliced perfectly it was super Piping HOT. The driver handled my food with care and came right up to my door. Thank you team Concord Dominos and Jarad for an enjoyable meal. Happy Holidays!
Placed an order online right before closing time. Being what had to be either their last or nearly last order before they closed I was nervous on how good or correct everything was going to be but everything was great. The food was correct and hot and ready for pickup when I got there. The staff members were polite and they even threw in plates and napkins so I didn't have any dishes.
Ordered online 3 pizzas? and everything went well! Only a five minute wait at the drive thru. Good ? service! We had a pizza ? party at the Steeplegate Mall and everyone enjoyed their pizza, even myself, and I am not a fan of pizza ?.I recommend this Domino's.
