I feel like this shop has the best cheese flavor in the area. I really enjoy their pizza. Although the prices are a little high ( like everywhere now ) the pizza quality is good! I've also had the boneless chicken fingers and those unfortunately taste frozen. I would recommend this location and I will return again, but with the high prices, I won't do it to often. The staff is very friendly and delivery is usually pretty fast.
Good food... We have tried other places in Concord NH and none came close. Got eggplant parm small eggplant and sauce didn't taste any cheese a bit greasy for my liking but ate half of the small and it was okay. Hubby got the chicken wing dinner looked really good he enjoyed it. I ate his salad to offset the grease from the eggplant parm sub. Got an order of onion rings those were really good. Will definitely call and order from them again and I will stick to my veggies where hubby has many options
horrible service. waited here for over an hour and a half and the blonde women was very rude about it when asked how much longer. she was also yelling at other customers
I placed an order for delivery and when I got it it was horrible it was cold,and everything about the whole order was different and or missing so I immediately called back and I was told I was wrong and the order was right and she's doing nothing about it and hung up so I called back and asked for a name and or manager so I can inform them as well as be able to identify who's responsible and she hung up again so I feel like this is wrong and want a refund since they refuse to replace it and will not refund it
EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED! I AM SHOCKED THIS PLACE IS EVEN STILL IN BUISNESS THE LADY ON THE PHONE WHO CLAIMS TO BE THE MANAGER IS VERY RUDE AND DOESN'T CARE ABOUT HER CUSTOMER'S WHO KEEP HER IN BUSINESS I USED TO LOVE THEIR FOOD AND NOW BECAUSE OF ONE MISTAKE MADE AND HER REFUSAL TO FIX OR REFUND AND JUST PLAIN OLD NASTY MEAN ATTITUDE AND CALLING ME A LIAR I WILL NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN THEY HAVE FOREVER LOST MY BUISNESS I DONT SUGGEST THIS PLACE IF U DONT BELIEVE ME PIT IT TO THE TEST URSELF AND CALL AS A JOKE TO SEE WHAT GETS SAID ABOUT A MESS UP THEN YOULL SEE THE WORST EMPLOYEE/MANAGER EVER ?

BE CAREFUL AND WATCH YOUR BANK STATEMENT. I was lucky to have statement alerts set up and caught these guys stealing $5 they charged as a tip on a take out order. I believe this is common practice for these people since when i called he refunded the money no questions asked even when he said he couldnt find the slip...?? Even more gross is that they tossed out the record on their end thinking what... like that electronic statements dont exist?? These people serve pizza slices that sits on the oven and are not re heated or served or maintained at the proper temperatures (ive asked about it... they brush you off) so seriously avoid this place and head a few miles in any direction and support a family who arent ripping people off
Been ordering from here for years and sadly needed to change my review and my pizza place. I moved 0.2 miles down the road (now 5.2 miles away). When I called, they split hairs on distance and wouldn't deliver to me. Whats frustrating is that Checkmate will deliver to me and they're a mile further away.
Absolutely horrible service .had dinner ordered was told 45 mins ended up showing up 1 hours and 35 mins later.when I tried to call to see where my dinner was the phone was shut off. argued with my husband over where we were and we were from out of town .never ordering from this place again .
