Came for dinner, ate inside, plenty of folks outside too with great music playing, Food arrived super fast. My Rueben was done perfectly, not too greasy or sloppy. Our server was completely attentive, sociable and helpful. Wonderful experience, can't wait to come back!
The food was great! The staff was super friendly and helpful...our waitress gave us some local shopping favorites. Very walkable area too. Well definitely go back if we're nearby again.

Ordered food from Cheers to go for the first time and what a delightful experience friendly staff amazing hot food smelled so delicious I was excited to dig in when I got home. The portions was unbelievable I had enough to share worth the buck worth the time and worth the drive. It will be even more better if they added cheers to door dash!
Our server was not attentive and seemed to want to be anywhere but at work. Didn't check back, and it seemed to be an inconvenience when I asked for a refill on my drink, which sat empty for several minutes until I finally had to ask for said refill. Food was good as usual, but the service could be improved upon.
Our party of 8 had problem with the quality of a few dishes, which is never a problem here. We are frequent customers and always love it. The manager on duty didn’t want to help us. She ignored us. The owner came over once he found out we were unhappy and completely turned our mood around. He was great! We will absolutely be coming back, but managment needs to be looked into.
We were met with a smile by the hostess.We were able to choose our table during a quiet lunch hour.When we asked to move because the sun was in our eyes, we were accomodated.Our waitress was appropriately attentive,pleasant and helpful.I like the varied seating options at Cheers (table,booth, outside) and have always found a quiet location for lunch with friends.Once we asked that the music be turned down and staff did so.I have not loved some of the food that seems overly heavy/greasy/unoriginal, but know others do. On this visit, I ordereda special which included fried onions and a small gyro.It was just right.The onions were lightly coated,tasty and crisp.The gyro was just the right size for lunch.A friend had one of your delightful salads.Thank you for a pleasant dining experience.
Had a great time in an igloo with Emily as our server. Great food - we had Cajun Pickle Chips and Bacon Wrapped Scallops as apps, and standout Steak bomb, Grown-up Mac and Cheese, and three variations of quesadillas. Drinks were also well done, but the outdoor seating after Thanksgiving was a treat for everyone.
We were here to see family and this was recommended. Great place, great food, drinks and waitstaff
Love the downstairs bar, great place to eat and enjoy some drinks. I make a point when I'm in the Concord area to stop by. Everyone has always been super friendly, even on busy nights. Love when Missy is closing the bar, she's my favorite!
