Food was great and so was the service! The manager let us use a coupon and order fries after we had already ordered and gotten to the window.
Didn’t even order yet and was waiting 15-20 minutes in the drive thru. What happened to “fast food”

The dining room was closed so could not use the bathroom (Needed to wash hands after loading fertilizer at home Depot) so I went to Wendy's. They were super slow so came back to the drive thru. There was no line, they were quick and pleasant. Food was hot and fresh (including the fries) all in all it was good.
Bought breakfast this morning via drivethru. Requested for a large coffee. Received a small one. Reminded the server I paid for a large coffee. He said this was their large size. Been getting breakfast and coffee from BK every now and then and this is the smallest large coffee I have ever received. Poor quality standard and customer service. No wonder BK sales are going down.
It’s 10am and I see 2 workers inside not taking orders or doing anything. Doors are locked and they are not responding to calls. Working for DoorDash. If your not going to work don’t brother showing up.

was here about a week ago, it was 7:00 on a weekday so i wouldnt expect there to be a 15 minute wait with one person in front of us. Even the lady behind us got out of line to ask us what the issue was. We explained and she said she had a doordash order to grab. I've had issues at both concord burger kings and cant say ill be going to one again any time soon.
I order today . But the person not use gloves and he give us our fries without gloves . When i says something to other person and says i dont want my fries because he dont use gloves . He says ok . Its mean he dont care . He look like old guy and taking phone order .1/29/22 time 2.15 around we order
the one on hall st is a total joke sat in the drive thru for 12 minutes one car in front of me. never got to the order spot. in and out on manchester st in 3 minutes. i dont get how hall st cant manage. they have been really bad for over a year now
