Employees there are great and try their best, but seem to be let down by inadequate staffing and (most recently) system issues causing slowdowns in order processing. Food quality is consistent at least. Hopefully the branch manager can implement some positive changes to support the staff!
Ordered $40 worth of food for the family. Out of the 5 meals we ordered we got two that were remotely close to what we ordered. Of those two we got 1 edible meal. We got nothing else we ordered. Got random other single burgers instead of our double cheeseburgers and bacon burgers. Food tasted terrible. Couldn’t even finish the whopper. We also got 1 medium fry instead of the 4 medium / and large fries ww paid for.
ordered food online with a receipt of transaction, came to pick it up and was told our order wasn’t placed when it was already paid for. they proceeded to speak rudely and finally gave us our food, but touched with no gloves and terrible customer service. i do not recommend this specific place!
Food was cold nuggets were dried out hard as a rock . I asked for all my food plain and the manager was yelling in Spanish laughing at the cook because he kept making it wrong half my burgers didn’t have top bun and the ones that did were burnt to a crisp . Also took 29 mins to get thru drive they pathetic.
Worst BK I've even been to. I waited for more than 15 minutes in the drive-thru. Was not offered a free anything for next visit (although I did ask & was told I'd get a free meal if I left my name). Then he took another order before giving me my burger; it was cold when I got it. Apparently they are understaffed. Would be nice to know about a longer than anticipated wait before getting stuck in line.
been here a few times and it wasnt worth it each time. this past time it was a 20 minute wait with 2 people in front of us, the drive thru order screen kept glitching and cutting out, the food we did get was cold, and they forgot all sauces, and both of the drinks. I honestly think its a Burger King thing because I had this issue at the one on Loudon Road too.
I work here. Don't freaking complain. We open lobby when we have 5 employees, and if you don't like it, go somewhere else. If you yell, you are not allowed back.. Over the holidays everyone was tipping and you should start again considering we don't have to be here.
Unfortunately I had to give myself a somewhat expensive reminder of why I will not eat at this location, or the loudon rd location.As both delivery driver for apps like Doordash and a regular customer, the food here is terrible and I've been beyond frustrated with missing items, temporary closures etc.etc.I really hope the captains of that ship are listening........my whopper had no lettuce.Not a big deal but can you at least tell me? Or maybe it was just a mistake.Is there a reason Burger King is the kost prominent restaraubt business I see on the get upside app around Concord NH.Even 100% cash back is a hard sell to eat at either burger King location in concord nh.....
The staff working the last few times I went through here were working short, clearly a bit overwhelmed by the number of customers coming through at that hour of the night but they remained polite and positive. Too few people understand how difficult fast food work can be, o want to thank the crew for their hard work and positive attitude.
DOORDASHERS, AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Dining room is closed, 30 minutes spent in drive thru line, to get yelled at by the guy at the window when I asked if there was any way to let DoorDash drivers go in to pick orders up. Rude, understaffed, and horrible for maintaining decent delivery times. AVOID IF POSSIBLE!!!
