I visited this location on June 2nd for the 1st time. I ordered 20 boneless Buffalo wings and received an additional 20 at no cost because of their promotion on Thursdays where you buy one and get another for free. I told them I wanted 10 garlic & Parmigian while the other 30 should be original Buffalo sauce. I specifically asked for extra sauce so that the wings were wet and juicy. I didn't received extra sauce or any sauce for that matter. It tasted like they used a dry rub instead of tossing in Buffalo sauce. The macaroni and cheese was dried out too. I called and got a simple apology and wad told ny manager Lulu that she would tell her hosts to explain to customers that the sauce is tossed in butter so they would need to order extra sauce on the side. I was very disappointed to have spent over $35 for an order that I didn't enjoy. Staff was nice and super friendly, but Imost likely will not return to this location.
Took the last seat at the bar. By the end of my meal I know why it was the last seat, service was great and really enjoyed my time. Wish them all the best in the future.
Quick stop for a bite to eat. Wasn't very busy for a Saturday night. Food came out exceptionally fast. Waitress was pleasant and did a thorough job checking back and providing information. Table wasn't the cleanest when we sat down. LOVE the mango habanero wings.
Not only have the servers been awesome, I love the street tacos and blazin' wings. Atmosphere is a dose of heaven. Going there on a Saturday around noon makes me feel like it's a Saturday when I was a kid...must be all the TVs with sports. Beer selection is good too. This is where I wanna take my son for his 21st birthday in a few years!
I ordered the Buffalo Mac and cheese and it was so dry with no cheese. It was like it was microwaved. The appetizers were cold. The wings were dry with little to no sauce on them. French fries were old and hard. All around a bad experience with the food.
I live 30 minutes away and very rarely get takeout. It was supposed to be a special treat for my family, but I made the mistake of not double-checking the food before going home. They completely forgot both of my kids meals. I called to let them know and that I wanted a refund. I was given to the manager to sort it out and there wasn't a single apology. I would have understood because mistakes are made, but when there's no apology from the manager, you know it's not run right.
I just have dinner at this place and very nice atmosphere and my favorite parmesan garlic winds yummy and i have a very nice waitress so that makes a difference when I visit new restaurants!
Good, Fast service, good wings and ok priced.
It's Bdubs! The wings are stupidly over priced and fries are worse than a 5th grade lunch meal. But it's always great just to grab some wings.
I did not understand that BOGO TUESDAY had changed. Alot! So I ordered as I would have. I called back, not complain about quality. But the price. My complaint was recognized and dealt with professionally. Thank you Jen and the unmentioned other woman. Good help is hard to find. Y'all are good help. Thank you!
