I came in here earlier for lunch and our server was great and very attentive. I ordered the fresh fruit sangria but received no fruit with my drink like you're supposed to have. I ordered the chicken fajita Flatbread and it only came with 2 tiny pieces of chicken on the whole Flatbread. If I'm paying for chicken I expect more than 2 measly pieces. The boneless Buffalo and gold fever chicken was okay. Not enough sauce on either. I'm giving 3 stars just for service alone because it was great. Food and drink need improvement.

I have to say I was very surprised that when I ordered a side of coleslaw which cost over $3 this is the amount I got...about 1/4 cup...so disappointed in serving size
We have been to the 99 many times but this last visit was terrible. We were seated quickly but then waited at least 15 minutes for our server to make any type of appearance. When she did, she just asked what we wanted to drink. Very curt throughout. Never asked how we wanted our meat cooked, unfortunately we didn’t catch on to that until our burgers came out almost raw. Lettuce, tomato and onion looked like they had been out of the refrigerator for hours, wilted and not appealing. We had to ask for straws and she wasn’t too happy giving them to us. Not sure why. Never gave me an actual bill. She ran my credit card and just gave me the slip to sign. Not sure where the bill was. Very disappointing meal and either inexperienced server or just a crabby server. And I would never say that from past experiences at the 99.
We arrived late. They were closing in 15 minutes. But they allowed us to come in and eat. Was very thankful it was a long day.The food was great and our waiter was exceptional.Definitely a place to go back to.
I ordered 100 dollars worth of food and got the smallest sides ever the meals looked like what you would take home for left overs absolutely disappointed and when I called the store to complain the manager had an attitude and then hung up on me after emailing a gift card didn’t even say bye was very rude 10-10 don’t recommend the 99 in concord
We are always happy with the 99s. Food is always excellent, service is usually very good. Lori is always very friendly and welcoming and Jamie our server is excellent.
We went for my wifes 65th birthday dinner i had country chicken I’ve had many times at seabrook here in concord didn’t resemble anything I’ve had before chicken was tough couldn’t even eat it the mashed potatoes were cold both mine and the wifes to I don’t recommend this place no issues with waitress she was great but the kitchen need to be addressed
So this place is in desperate need of a good cleaning along with proper staff training. If you zoom in on the pictures you will see massive amounts of dust which grossed me out. There was nasty greasy hand prints on one of the pics as well. The waitress we had was great but we did get the wrong drinks, but not upset about this as she was new. We nearly froze to death as they had the A.C blasting on us and we were not the only ones to complain of this. I asked for cheese and crackers but the filled the bottom of the bowl with cracker crumbs and put normal crackers on top to make it look like the bowl was full. In total there were 7 whole crackers. I notice a lot of staff standing around while the few waitresses they had were running around trying to fulfill their duties. 99 has gone downhill massively and it was an utter disappointment. They are lacking proper management it seems as the place was dead and they still couldn't expedite our order in timely fashion. In totally it took 27 minutes just to get drinks and the appetizers came out 2 minutes before the meal.
Manager was very rude and I basically got robbed on the sides
