I hate leaving a bad review, but I just can't ignore the manager/owner repeatedly ignoring my simple customer service inquiries. In an order placed on Tuesday, multiple food items were omitted/left out of my take-out order. After two calls to the store, when I simply asked to be refunded for the food I did not receive, I received neither a partial refund nor a call back. Hopefully a different Wingstop location will be more responsive.
Honestly, I use to love wingstop but.... something has changed in the last year and it is affecting their food. Every wing I have gotten for the last several months has been overcooked and the sauces have tasted...... almost rancid... or like they dropped something in there they shouldn't have.
Most times you don't have your pick up orders wait to pick up until you can catch up on in person orders. What's the point of calling ahead if you wait to pickup your food that's already paid for
Anyone that’s ever said anything good about this place clearly just works here or is a friend of an employee, this place is 100% trash, been here multiple times. Don’t waste your time here instead drive a lil further down to the vista wing stop, Los Altos is horrible employees are so disrespectful and mean especially the old lady manager how do you even have a job ? Always messing up orders and then acting like it’s the customer fault ? As soon as you walk in they make you feel like you’re a bad person just for even wanting to spend your money there. Crazy
Older Manager lady seriously needs to be removed from that position, she is the most disrespectful person I’ve ever came across and this has been multiple times now, she clearly doesn’t know how to run a business. really don’t understand how someone so rude and mean and inconsiderate could represent a company
Very good wings! Good flavor choices. Prices are a little high,but to be expected now days. Staff polite, place is clean. Ordering on line a bit tedious. Check your order on pick up.
This is a great place to grab good quickly. The selection is good and it's always busy. However I cannot say one time have I ever picked up my order to find my food hot. It is very frustrating to end up with cold soggy fries.
My first visit to Wingstop.I have eaten Wingstop's boneless wings before, but another family member always did the ordering over the phone utilizing DoorDash services.So, I had an idea of what I liked and wanted, but soon learned that wasn't the same way to order for only myself after I moved away from the family home.The sweet person at the register was kind and patient with me and helped me put my order together.I was grateful and thankful for his kind assistance.And as always, the wings were delicious ?
They have repeatedly forgotten parts of our order or ignored instructions, which is annoying but not the end of the world, but tonight they gave our household violent food poisoning and our order of “thigh bites” was a straight up breaded rib bone, huge choking hazard for a little kid. Do not risk it, do not eat here.
I ordered 50$ worth of food plus a 20% percent tip just to not get the correct food I ordered, and when i tried to call them multiple times, none of them would answer. So I had to drive down there just for them to give me the wrong food once again. Never going here ever again.
