One thing about this location is the consistency. It's consistently busy, consistently slow/non friendly service and consistently poor quality food. I stopped going to this location years ago. My family wanted Wendy's and talked me into going here for them. We ordered over the counter and take out. Got home. Had hardened/dry bread on the dried patties they call burgers along with limp cold fries. I live within 2 blocks of this location. So a long drive home is not the issue...The dog had a feast with the food we refused to eat. Won't be back again anytime soon...
They didn't get the order right and then when we asked for the drink, just kept saying, you didn't order the meal. We finally paid extra for the drink that should have been included. What happened to the customer being right? Won't be back to this Wendy's.
I know it's a fast food restaurant but a little customer service would be nice. Or at least some personality. Instead of just telling your total your change and here's your order. A hello, have a nice day, enjoy. Something polite would be nice
They're open for dine-in starting at 6:00am, the tricky part is getting into the building before it gets busy at the drive thru. As most other businesses, they're also understaffed and when the drive through gets busy they need to close/lock the doors for dine-in during the early morning hours so the small group of about 2-3 employees can man the kitchen and drive thru. Anytime between 6:00am and 7:00am, or after 7:30am until about 9:50am is when you might get lucky to dine-in.
Still one of the best burgers in town Imo. Just wish they would go back to using the dill pickles they used to use and toss out the terrible ones there using now.

We took our chances after not eating there for a year. Guess what happened? The exact same thing that happened last time, the french fries were cold our order was wrong they didn't have half of the stuff that we wanted to order and they said they were out of things when they just didn't want to make another batch of them because they were close to closing not very customer service friendly if you ask me. It really puts a bad taste in my mouth and makes me not want to go to any Wendy's not just that franchise or corporate store. Thanks for nothing and the manager who I tried to speak to was so rude to me and treated me like I was a criminal just based on my looks. I didn't even ask for my meal to be replaced or my money back I just wanted her to be aware of the situation that was going on. Not to mention the drive-thru window people were cussing at me when they were trying to take my order and holding another conversation with the other employees talk about being professional huh?

Got scammed; Don’t go here. They flipped a cup into my large chocolate frosty, why? I don’t know? I’m assuming they didn’t have enough to make a large but I could’ve gone for a small and not paid for a large I would have been perfectly fine with that but no instead I got scammed. I called the store and no answer.Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere but here!
We just got back home from this location(1/27/22) @ 12:40am. My single burger was half raw and half cooked. A burger that thin should not ever be half cooked. Also I saw a small piece of what looked like foil on the meat. I like Wendy's but that was disgusting. This burger meat should not be half raw. Someone could get sick and die. The fries not being great is one thing. But you should NEVER half a** cooking meat.
