We’ve been here a few times and I give 1 star because their breakfast is SO good and has always been satisfying but this was our second time having dinner and everything on my plate was canned and microwaved and I am not over exaggerating. I NEVER leave reviews but saw how many great reviews this place had and thought no way?! How?! Something must of changed in the last couple years because dinner was horrible. My husband couldn’t even take 3 bites before he just put down the steak sandwich and decided it was fit more for our doggies at home. (They enjoyed it lol). And on TOP of this, our server is always so rude and unfriendly and acts like it’s such an inconvenience that we are even there. She acts like she does not want to be there at all or help you with anything. We are not complainers so we just paid our bill, still left a tip…… but thought I should warn others. This place used LOTS of canned ingredients and it’s gross.
EDIT TO 1 because my stomach hurts and feels fowl Chile Colorado for 15$ was dookie. Beans out a can. Rice out a pack. Sauce out a pack. That type of thing. For 15$ should be a lot better. Hell it tasted so not homemade the steak might as well have also been out of a can. star because it was food and it did come hot.
Moved to Sparks, NV from Las Vegas 3 years ago and so relieved to finally find a 5 Star Philly Cheesesteak and French Fries!!!It's a great place to hang out and not feel rushed!!!Will definitely make it my Go-To for Philly Cheesesteak & French Fries!!!
Always good food... Usually pretty quick and friendly service! Great choice after kids games.
I normally don't write reviews. However I just left from having lunch and I couldn't have been more disappointed. This used to be one of our favorite spots not sure what happened but the food is so not what it used to be. My son's Mac & Cheese looked and felt like it had been sitting out for hours. My wife couldn't even get through 1/2 of her meal and mine was Mediocre at best. The service wasn't what we are used either.
Prices are not as advertised....I got "oh I'll tell my manager" no I'm reading reviews saying the same thing that are months old.....FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD.......ORDERED a $10 burger eat. Went to pick it up and I was charged $17 the website clearly states the wrong price.......they know this yet still advertise false prices. Food was meh!!! Def not worth $17 Nothing special....the server who gave us the food also had a snotty attitude. Acted like she did not want to help
My family and I were visiting for a birthday party a couple of days ago and decided to have dinner here the night we arrived in town. After our payment cleared with our bank I noticed that the total was more than what we paid?Whoever decided to add almost $15 on top of our bill you should be ashamed of yourself, it's a crime when you steal someone's money! We will NOT be going back that's for sure and I'm spreading the word so it doesn't have to anyone I know.
Great kids selection. Awesome burgers and french dip. Quieter atmosphere.
Been here quite a few times. Have always had an excellent meal and great service, even during the pandemic.
Decent food. Good service from very nice and attentive employees. Prices ok , but portions could be bigger.
