No more specials of the day, fountain machine was down and no fresh-brewed iced tea. Also the worker's accent was thick so difficult to understand.

Didn't take Subway 's national coupons. No wifi available. One restroom closed; other restroom out of seat covers. Recommend you go to some other Subway location. ?

Leaving two stars because I don't want to be a huge jerk. Came in for a sandwich and was greeted by explicit music blaring behind the register. Guy who made my sandwich was as high as wartime gas prices. He had difficulty wrapping the sandwich and had to hand it off to a coworker. I'll stick to other locations.

I work in customer service and the fast food industry, so can understand being short staffed and the stress of the job. But when there are three employees with only 3 customers, you’d expect them to be able to make the sandwiches in under 30 minutes! They were yelling and screaming at each other, straight up ignoring me and the other customers, didn’t have enough bread cooked, spent 10 minutes putting toppings on a sandwich, and we’re cursing every other word, as if I didn’t have my younger sister with me. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and will not be returning until it’s under new management

I can understand being short staffed. And every where right now is that way. But when we went in the other day not only where they short staffed but they also where super un sanitary. The lady making an order before ours used a phone on the counter to scroll through the online order but touched the phone screen multiple times and than used the gloved hand to make all the food and also touch all the veggies with out ever changing her gloves a lot of cross contamination. There was another employee that when asked to go cut more veggies belched super loud in front of all the customers and thought it was funny. I didn’t see anyone change gloves once inbetween orders or wash hands. And there were multiple orders as well as then touching the main computer screen and touching a phone the entire time and yet no one changed gloves to handle food.

Worst experience ever at a subway the worker had no clue how to process payment with my gift card on the ap so he just made up a lie and said they didn’t take payment via ap gift cards . Me knowing that was a crock I asked if he could call the owner and get clarification and he did and like I thought I was right . He didn’t know what he was doing but the manager walked him through it and I was able to pay. Also the dirty knives they have set out as seen in the pics is gross . Bread was hard so I won’t be returning

We're do we start? First off took 30 mins to make our sandwiches with only one customer in front of us with 2 sandwiches almost made , I asked them to cook the bacon on my husband sandwich which they did but never put the cook bacon on the sandwich actually put cold bacon on it which his footlong only had 2 to 3 slices of salami for 8.99 plus another1.00 for pepperoni then the bacon was only 2 slices which cost us 3.00 extra dollars making his sandwich alone 12.00 bucks just to get ripped off. Go to any other sandwich shop if you want a real sub sandwich

This was my first and last time ever visiting this establishment. Stopped here at 7 pm Monday night while they still have an hour before closing. Was told by two young men standing there doing nothing that they can’t help me right now. “Sorry man, we just baked new bread, can’t serve you while the bread is hot man”.I just turned around and walked out. Congratulations to whoever owns franchisee of this location. Your choice of employees have assured that I never spend any of my money at your store. What a disgrace, just ridiculous

The guys at this particular Subway are awesome, when I showed up they said they just finished making the breads & asked if I wouldn’t mind waiting for about 10 minutes so the breads can cool down, I had no problem with that, a patron came in & looked like he was in a hurry so I let him go 1st, when they started making my sandwich they asked about everything, I like a little extra mayo & they didn’t let me down, I would recommend this place to anyone who prefers taste over quickness

Worst place ever!!!!! Went to get a sandwich at 12:15. Busiest time for lunch and girl said they were closed because was going to take lunch!!!! She let me stand in line before she told me. Open sign was in window. Rude. At least put closed sign up.
