Great service and meet the need of our desire for food.
New menu is ok but seems like there is a lot less options.
Staff is great. Place is always very clean.
The worker kind of acted like we were showing up too close to closing time but it wasn't 5pm yet it was closer to 4:45pm and that's just about dinner time so I'm not sure about that. But the food was great and the person working did provide great customer service when the gift card we had was not working with their register. So all in all it was an okay experience.
Not busy at all, super clean. And the lady that was there was nice and quick. Even when the kids took forever to talk to her.
Would have been more but the last 3 times I've gone there the owner(??) An old man has been rude, monosyllabic and rough handled the sandwiches after or during wrapping, its like he is squeezing/smashing them out of frustration. I will not be going back. The 2 stars are for the woman who started making my sandwich. She was super cool and polite.
It was good but not spectacular. Chicken seemed kinda old like I've had this sandwich everyone I go to subway and the chicken was a little off this time but still edible
This Subway location is the best of all Subways in the Sparks and Sun Valley Areas. The shop is immaculately clean. The food is always fresh. This location honors most or all Subway National promotional offers, such as Bogo's or % off. Some stores in Sparks won't honor those offers. I always deal with one man there, as I always seem to order during his shift. He makes excellent sandwiches. I pre-order online with many customizations on 4-5 persons orders. He has never missed any change I've asked for. Every sandwich is made exactly as ordered. My orders are always ready on time. I haven't ever had to wait. I feel like it's my own personal Subway store. It's perfect.
Absolutely the worst subway I’ve ever been to. Didn’t even know how to make the sandwiches, overcharged, and was dirty with no cleanliness with the workers. Very dissatisfied and disgusted.
Seeing Brandon there makes my day. The food he makes is perfect, the advice he gives is commendable, and he as a person is wonderfully and uniquely designed.
