Good place to pick up coffee and danish quickly and get back onto the highway 80 west.
Came in and sat down to pick up an online order near the pick up counter. Not very busy. Not 1 of the 4 employees greeted me or asked if I had a mobile order since I did not get in line to order something. After some time, I noticed a drink was put behind the counter to the side, nothing said. After several minutes past my pick up time I walked up to the counter. Again, nobody really excited about their job and I had to ask if my order was ready. They asked if it was an online order?!? Really? I said I had been there for a bit. The excuse given was “we don’t call out online orders...” that’s a new one for me, but then I’m usually greeted when I enter a Starbucks. I ordered my usual drink with 2 additional espresso shots, however this drink did not “wake me up” for my 2 hour drive :/
If you order got food, it's always cold in the middle. They also don't make their coffee as good as other Starbucks locations

Some of the friendliest employees around!! After driving 4 hours the night before an ice coffee was needed for my 8 hour drive ahead of me. For such a simple drink you guys made it just how I love it!!! The girl wearing glasses and had tattoos working drive Thur was so nice! Keep up the great work!!If I’m ever in the area again I’m definitely making this Starbucks my must stop at!!
Staffs always friendly, may be a long line, but long as your patience is fine, no need to worry, goes by quick
Within the past week drive thru is slow in the morning. Any type of speciality drink or hot chocolate is delicious and perfect but just like other Starbucks locations, why do they refuse to stir their coffee? If you ask for sugar and milk in an original coffee, the sugar sits at the bottom because they don't stir it. None of them do. Who wants to drink a mouthful of sugar at the bottom of their cup? Especially if your on your way to work, you don't have time to mix your drink. Corporate says that is not their normal practice but yet everyone around here does it the same way and that seems crazy to me

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would! What type of manager runs this place! I’m so disgusted to even say her name but Sandra needs to be fired! Everyone that works there is the slowest and is incompetent! No wonder they can’t keep anyone here. This is why every store is better than this one! Don’t waste your time here cause you’ll regret every second! Someone needs to shut this place down.
