Ekram is amazing. She makes the best surprise drinks and is always so friendly. All the baristas in this Starbucks are amazing and it really makes my week to come here and get my surprise drink! If I could give them 10 stars I would! Outstanding customer service!
The service and the coffee drink is been good to me, but I notice each time there is only one person there and a line to wait.
Ordered a Venti Americano. Looks more like tea. Very weak. Maybe 1 shot of espresso instead of 3. Will be going back for a refund even though it is a 15 minute drive each direction. Awful. Girls seemed clueless as how to make drinks. I know they train them so what the heck ???Should be given a refund , plus a gift card for another drink on them.
